The property was nice and the resort area was perfect for our extended family vacation. The kitchen could have had better dishes for cooking and there weren’t any dish clothes which we found odd. Other than that it was a nice place!

Nice house for the week. Easy walk to the beach and close proximity to shopping and eating. Easy to stretch out and cook meals too. Would rent again and recommend to others.

I had not seen my daughter and grandchildren in a few years. I set out to find a very special place for us to reconnect and make new memories. This lovely home and setting exceeded my hopes for that. The home is so beautiful! Perfectly decorated and very well appointed. Everyone had their space - my teenagers appreciated that. We had such a wonderful visit. We will certainly strive to return. Thank you so much!!

Check in was easy, the house looked better than the pictures. Very clean inside, and outside. The resort staff was helpful and friendly. The walk to the pool was about 8-10 minutes but manageable. The shuttle was nice and accommodated our double decker wagon. The weight room (14th floor) was small but enough to get a workout in. Ellipticals faced the ocean. The resort felt secluded and it was quiet and safe for my teenagers who run cross country. We loved the whole experience.

This was our family end of summer vacation before school started. The house was great. Very spacious and clean. A short walk to the pools and beach. The van was always around when we needed a ride. Would definitely stay here again

Stayed here with two adults and 4 teens. House has lots of room and was more than enough for us to all hang together or take some alone time. Place was clean and as depicted in the pics and description. May want to bring some beach chairs but otherwise, would highly recommend.

I-trip never disappoints me. This home is just as beautiful as the other properties I have rented from them in the past. The decor is as pretty as the pictures. When I come to Myrtle Beach I always rent from this company. I was a little concerned that things had changed at check in. However, the housekeeping, maintenance and the other gentleman I spoke with were polite and accommodating.
Overall I was more than happy with my stay. Looking forward to booking from you all again.

This house was perfect. By far, this is the best rental we have ever had. The place was super clean, kitchen was "stocked" (more on that below), plenty of towels for the whole family.
The reason to get this property is to enjoy the resort area. It was about a five-to-ten minute walk to the resort (or beach). The poolside bar had limited and reasonably-priced food items and beverages. We really enjoyed the bucket drinks, as they had a really good vacation feel to them. The resort was clean and had a great family atmosphere- the pools were great. Everything about it-- great! You could probably get away without a rental car.
I do have one minor complaint about the entire experience: Imagine you have spent a small fortune on a rental property for your family. Then imagine walking into the kitchen and discovering that literally everything had been taken out of the kitchen. No salt, no pepper, no cooking oil, nothing. Not. a. single. thing. Extra trash bags? Naw. Dishwasher pods? Nope. We have stayed in a lot of places and this stuff generally gets left behind. I know that the listing said what the minimum stuff that would be left was (x # of dishwasher pods/rolls of tp/etc), but it was like it was deliberately taken out (I guess the alternative is nobody has ever rented the place). We left some of this stuff behind, I am hopeful that the stuff relevant to cleaning the place gets left in there. Again, not a deal breaker, but just a little obnoxious....

Ok, so I am giving my honest review BUT anything I happen to suggest or recommend is NOT a negative or complaint. First, the communication was excellent, secondly the check in was easy (very friendly office staff) and third finding the property was not difficult. The resort property is beautiful and well maintained with amazing pools! We enjoyed the pool area 4 times, getting there was a breeze and we utilized the free resort transportation to get there (never waited more than 10-15 minutes and we all fit safely) and the pool bar drinks were fantastic! Just an FYI--NO coolers or outside food/drink allowed in the pools area. The rental is decorated nicely, spacious for a family of 10 and the bedrooms are big enough to place a travel crib (or pack & play) comfortably. I LOVED that there is an extra refrigerator in the garage although we didn't use it (maybe next time!). The backyard was nice and I highly recommend a jacuzzi out there to make it the perfect tropical oasis!!! The air conditioning worked great, water pressure in all the showers was awesome and tons of closet/cabinet space. The kitchen has a large assortment of pots, pans, silverware, glassware, dishes, spaghetti strainers and cooking utensils. All of the bathrooms are large too especially the master bathroom with a huge walk in closet! The rental home is extremely close to Food Lion supermarket, CVS pharmacy, right across from Barefoot Landing (filled with stores for shopping and restaurants), Nacho Hippo, McDonalds, lots of souvenir shops and more--basically a great location. I will definitely rent again in the future when returning to Myrtle Beach!! I do want to add--in case someone would need to know and hopefully not have to go like I did-- that the North Strand ER is very close to the rental property and I got great care there due to an eye injury I suffered on the last day of vacation unfortunately (scratched cornea). Anyway my suggestions and /or recommendations:
more plastic cups for kids to use, cleaning out the closets downstairs of unused items like old lamps because that would allow suitcase storage, dish towels for the kitchen, a blender, new bed pillows in some of the bedrooms and extra lightweight blankets. I can honestly say my family and I loved it here!

very nice property, could use a few updates and fixes (kitchen faucet, hardest pillows i've ever felt.....good space, nice having extra refrigerator in garage, nice garage, nice back porch, average cookware and utensils, nice living room set up.

Lovely home
We loved our time at this property. Great location and cozy house. The use of the resort pools were a plus with my 4 grandchildren. Down side was not fully stocked with necessary items such as toilet paper, soap and kitchen soap. Have not run to that before at a vrbo.

Great place for a family
Great place for a family to stay. It was clean, they were very responsive to questions we had. Check in was strange, you only get 30 minutes to pick up your keys. You can’t check in until 4 but they close at 4:30. The resort was beautiful, no outside food or drinks within resort amenities. The beach was beautiful but pretty strict rules as well. The property overall was great.

Great spot for four golfing buddies playing 36 holes a day.
Clean and private. Unfortunately we were too busy enjoying the house after golfing each day to enjoy the pool and beach area.

Girls Weekend Getaway
The house was perfect for the quick weekend getaway for 7 young ladies. We didn’t get to spend much time in the house, but the moments that we did were satisfactory. We did find baby clothing in a couple of places which made us question the cleanliness of the property. Luckily we came equipped with our own sanitation wipes to wipe surfaces down. Plenty of fresh towels was great! Would absolutely benefit from a small hot tub in the back yard. Overall the property was good for the quick weekend.

Overall good stay
The house was nice, but definitely due for a deep cleaning/some maintenance. For example, the master shower door was rusty and moldy, etc. The biggest issue was the carpet and area rugs - they were filthy! I couldn't allow my kids to play on the floor or walk barefoot. The carpeting and rugs were visibly soiled and discolored. Overall, it's a nice house in a really nice area, close to the beach, restaurants, etc. And the people at the rental company were super nice!

Great property and location
My family and I loved the property. There was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the space. It was in a great location to access the amenities of the resort without being too close to hear all of the people coming and going to the pool and beach. The property management company was extremely responsive when we called them about a few minor things that needed addressing and were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place
Our stay at North Beach Resort was great! The amenities exceeded the expectations. The location was awesome. It was only 10-20 minutes to all our destinations. The pools and beach were within walking distance or you could call the shuttle and they were there to pick you up within 10 minutes. We had great service at all our dining locations and would highly recommend “Local on the water!” I would give it 5 Stars except the bathrooms could have been a little cleaner but overall it was a lot of fun.

The house was was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The only complaint was that we struggled to get the televisions to come on. We were unsuccessful in getting the one in the upstairs bedroom to work. Other than that I give it 5 stars & would certainly rent it again!

I have always want to stay in this neighborhood so when our anniversary came around it went ahead an book a house their best decision everyone in our party just love the house we are coming back as soon as possible to stay here again house was just like the pictures I think even better. House was beautiful and exactly what we were expecting based on the listing. Great, peaceful and quiet location for those not looking to be in the middle of everything, especially crowds due to COVID, but still close enough to enjoy everything. Maintenance was very quick to respond to a couple minor issues we had. Didn't use any of the itrip passes, only because our plans didn't really work for them this time around. Would definitely use itrip again, when the world gets back to normal and we can actually use all the benefits the reservation offered.

We will be back!
We had a fantastic trip and experience with iTrip. We had one little hiccup at the beginning of our stay and it was fixed immediately! The house was beautiful, clean and perfect for our family. The walk to the beach wasn't too far, just enough to count as my daily workout. ;) The staff at North Beach did a great job at keeping the resort clean and made you feel safe. We are excited to go back next year. Thank you iTrip for being so wonderful to work with during the craziness thats going on in the world.
