The location and the service. Very close to all the attractions. Near the stone bridge, the square, old bazaar, fortress. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff. Homecooked breakfast (asked for omelette), but not a lot of offer. Still good value for money, keeping in mind the the location.

Do not accept taxi arrangements to the airport from the hotel reception, no receipt from the driver + more expensive. Unpractical bathroom.

Reception was not open at 6pm and no-one was there, I could not get taxi service.

Breakfast was good and location is great, you can simply walk to most of the sightseeings of Skopje. Room was clean and comfortable.

Excellent location in the heart of the city. The receptionist and kitchen staff were very friendly and welcoming. Comfortable bed. Large room. Good parking. Breakfast was only a simple omelet and 3 types of cereal but it was okay.

It is an absolute shame that this hotel has not been looked after and maintained. The furniture was worn, there were stains on the carpet and cigarette burns on the couch. Some of the lightbulbs were not working and the bathroom flooded after one short shower. We were unable to control the air conditioning. The balcony was also very dirty with dust and pigeon droppings. It is with great regret that we will not be staying here again. This hotel had all the potential to be fantastic however it seems the owners do not appreciate what they have.

Reception room is small, but rooms are big, comfortable and clean. Staff is very kind.

We paid a room with a breakfast (10e for breakfast) but hotel breakfast room was under reconstruction, which we did not know when we made reservation. Hotel send us to nearest caffe- restaurant (30sec of walk) where you may eat (only) scrambled eggs. Breakfast not worth 10e.

The location is great and the staff were very friendly.

Nothing like a 4* hotel. No hot water , no basic amenities like a kettle or coffee in the room, lack of toilet paper, shower gels. The mattress was dirty. Extremely noisy, you can hear people from other rooms and in hallways.
