Modern apartment, well equipped (mostly with Ikea furniture), exceptional clean, heating like in sauna 😁 ( great in these cold days)! Great location near to City Park and close to the best restaurants and bars in Skopje. Hosts are very kind and at disposal any time. All recommendations for this apartment.

It was clean and had airconditioning and a washing machine. Water in the fridge.

We asked for one hour earlier check-in, which was confirmed but not applied. We couldn't reach the owner at all for more info, until just before two at the door where we were told to wait 5 mins. They were friendly but spoke very little English. We were told the 'German quality' elevator would surely take 5 people + heavy luggage but as we discovered the last day (when we were headed to the airport) that it doesn't like being held up over 10 sec. What happened next was that this awful thing closed, and jammed up with an unbelievably loud shaking and rattling noise! It was very scary. I finally got the thing down another level and we could escape! A resident who -judging by his attitude - was already sick of this happening over and over, told us it takes max 4 and not with this much luggage and the -according to him -universal 10 sec rule, which i've never heard of. I think it would be helpful if there were some basic instructions like check in and elevator in a general message beforehand. They could ask someone to write it once and then send it out to their guests, that would solve this difficulty. The description also said 3 bedrooms but that was 2 bedrooms and a bed in living room, which we also found somewhat misleading. A free parking spot as advertised was also not available, you needed some luck finding one nearby.

The apartment we stayed in was modern, clean and comfortable. Although a bit out of the center of town we really enjoyed the location.

As some of the other reviews have mentioned, the shower really has only two settings: cold or boiling hot. It made the shower almost unusable, for example you couldn't rinse your hair without scalding your head.

Very good location with a good view of the area. The property is spacious and holds up to 5 people, as we were only two. Parking in the area is free.

The elements in the kitchen is very few and it lacks a small dishwasher. The terrasse is for two persons. The parking in the area is troublesome - there is lots of not used cars taking up the space. At ground floor is a nice bar with good drinks.

it was comfortable and a pleasure to stay in. they had every facility that you can imagine. the helper/owner at the apartment was really friendly and helpful too.
