Tarifs du restaurant élevée. Dans la chambre, les sanitaires/salle d’eau pourraient être mieux isolés. Odeur persistante dans la chambre (sans doute remontée d’égouts). Nous avons été obligés d’ouvrir la fenêtre pour évacuer cette odeur. Problème sans doute hyper ponctuel

Great place to stay. Location is on point, easy to access (close to train and bus station as well as major roads), easy access to may facilities and places to go, such as Les Arcs (trails or train), Col du Forclaz, Col du petit St Bernard, aquatic center, town center with many shops, ... Room is large for 10 people, and features 2 washrooms with in total 3 showers and 2 toilets, a fridge, a dishwasher, 2 cooking plates, most ustensiles to eat, a TV....

Beds could be slightly upgraded for a better sleep. Storage room, particularly in the kitchen, should probably be expanded. Curtains on the beds would help to avoid being woken up randomly. And some basics needed to be bought for the kitchen, such as hand towel, or ustensiles drier.

General facility was large, convenient. Staff was nice and accommodating (gave us a fan since rooms were too warm).

The rooms had no windows or temperature control, so very easy to overheat and feel claustrophobic. Additionally, I picked up bed bugs from my bed.

the wellcoming was very easy and kind .. the room was very cosy and they have a lot of channels in their television.. an expericience to repeat

Although the reception staff were friendly and helpful the restaurant staff were less so. One of the serving staff was very unhelpful and gave the impression he didn't want us to be there!

the room is very spacious. it's surprised that there is the kitchen in the dormitory room ! the hotel is just 10 mins by walking from the train station.

the toilet should be fully separated from the dorm. when we have different schedule, sometimes it is quite annoying.

I booked a Single Bed in a 4-bed Dormitory Room. Although the hotel is newly built, the room didn't have a window, and after the hot day, the room was very hot. A ventilation outlet was next to the door, furthest from the beds, but there was no fresh air near the beds. After waking up during the night, I almost passed out because of the lack of oxygen. It was truly a terrifying experience. After telling this to the staff, their response was rather arrogant. They said this is the only window-less room in the hotel, but it puzzles me how this can even be legal, especially since this is a newly built building. The hotel had incomprehensible maze-like corridors, so I felt like being on a ship or similar craft rather than a building. I didn't have breakfast, but it wasn't worth 12 EUR (the usual staff -- the ability to boil your own egg, some musli, etc.). The underground parking was excellent and free for motorbikes, so my bike surely had a more pleasant stay than I did!
