The property was a home from home and very easy to become comfortable in.
The oven was unusable due to being so dirty and stank out the house when we tried to use it. The sofa was stained and from reading reviews has been for quite a long time. There was cobwebs all over the windows in the rear garden and the chairs to use outside were rusted so would stain clothing if used.

Great location on what feels like a very friendly estate. Easy walk into town, nice handy parking spot.

Great location to access Wells and its facilities on foot. Set in a modern estate that was well maintained. Perfect for our needs

Fantastic place to stay the house is within walking distance of the city . The house was very clean and everything you needed was there will definitely book again
The only thing I wasnt a fan of is freeveiw TV but I suppose its the cost and we are not there to watch TV

Location was excellent House was very warm
Needed to be more comfortable seating found armchairs rather uncomfortable

We liked that the keys were available easily after a long journey. Well equipped house. Lots of instructions on how to use the facilities.
Fairly quiet, but some noise as expected on an estate during nice summer weather.

+ comes will allocated parking accessible directly from the back of the house
+ Relatively quiet and new residential area
+ Cottage is a large enough for a small young family, rooms are a good size

Property ideally located for Wells and surrounding area.
We regularly walked into Wells which is an absolute gem of a place with so much to offer.
Very quiet development and parking was a big plus.
The central heating was impossible to over ride despite following the instructions. Chilly in evenings.
Shower screen was broken and made it impossible to take a shower without soaking the floor!
Oven in need of a deep clean! Plus no oven glove provided nor a fire blanket.
No welcome pack, not even a pint of milk!
