Spacious, clean, well appointed room. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Washing machine was clean but dryer filter had not been cleaned by previous user. Good sized kitchen area with a good choice of utensils.

The night light in the bathroom was on a sensor and only worked intermittently. The dryer filter was not cleaned. The guide on the TV gave you no program information and was hard to navigate a chanel change. The garbage bin in the kitchen area was divided into recycling and landfill. The divider was so bulky that it was hard to put anything into it. There's a good sized kitchen and a tiny bin which made it difficult to cook a meal. I understand they want to recycle, but the bathroom bin was bigger. Please put a bigger bin in the kitchen.

Wonder if location of other Quest properties more central

We loved the location, close to bus exchange and eateries was a 10 minute walk. The staff are very helpful, they let us store our bags until checkin. The studio was very clean and the bed was vert comfy.

Great location. Very clean spacious rooms. Little high just down the road.

It’s very convenient for us and have stayed 7 or 8 times over the years. The shame of it is the single beds are so narrow and tiny and unfortunately didn’t get a great sleep

The location is superb. Lots of eateries around the corner and a short walk to the Riverside market. The shower in the room is fantastic. Beds and pillows are comfortable. I will come to stay again when I’m coming to Christchurch and
