L'emplacement près des monuments principaux de Palerme. La qualité de l'appartement et sa taille. Il est subtilement décoré. À noter également qu'il est très calme.

Le moins apprécié : le manque de fenêtre pour la seconde chambre.

L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter tout Palerme à pied. Notre hôte nous a bien accueilli et est même venu à notre rencontre pour nous guider dans ces petites ruelles car la circulation est difficile en fin de journée ! Heureusement la voiture peut être laissée devant l'appartement et nous ne l'avons plus utilisée jusqu'à notre départ. Le logement est très spacieux et bien décoré.

Le déjeuner est en self-service avec des boissons, yaourts, céréales et croissants sous vide

l’appartamento è spazioso, pulito, curato, ben fornito. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dal mercato del capo, dalla cattedrale e dal centro. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Vincenzo e Sonia sono molto premurosi e disponibili.

Súper bien situado y además se aparca fácil, todo un lujo en Palermo. Súper limpio y bien decorado. El propietario te ayuda a todo. Camas muy cómodas. Hay de todo en el apartamento. El baño es grande y tiene dos habitaciones amplias con aire acondicionado. Se nota que han realizado reforma,, el inmueble es antiguo.

Por poner un pero, al no haber ascensor, hay que subir unas poquitas escaleras hasta el apartamento.

We are so happy that we chose to stay at this apartment. We stayed for 5 days. Very nice, lots of space. Very close to all of the highlights of Palermo. Felt very safe. Supermarket is a short less than 5 minute walk and lots of restaurants and bars, gelato very close to apartment. Host was very nice and wanted to make sure everything was as we liked it. Breakfast also provided and was very good. We enjoyed everything! Host was also available for pick up- drop off and day trips at reasonable price.

Great apartment, in close proximity of Palermo's Cathedral. All tourist attractions and nightlife spots were within walking distance. Rooms were spacious and comfortable! Host Vincenzo was very helpful! Would stay there again in the future!

really well situated apartment in the heart of the old and charming part of Palermo, this was our second time at this property, it did change a little but still good.

will need to get new bed sheets, they are worn out, tiling on the shower also need a bit of TLC

The apartament is dark and spacious so be careful not to leave antyhing otherwise you will lose it. We left our swimming suits and nobody informed me to collect it. I stayed in Palermo few hours after check-out so I could come back. During all stay I had whatsup contact with the owner so she could informed me. When I wrote to her she said that our swimming suits were thrown away by cleaning lady☹️

Vincenzo is so helpful and kind. He offers personal airport transfers. He also drove us to the train station in the rain. All of this for a reasonable price. WiFi was good. Comfortable option for two couples.

We were so pleased with our choice! The apartment is bright, spacious, welcoming and extremely clean. It is well equipped for cooking and dining in. It is in a fantastic location, very close to the Capo Market and many tourist attractions. The air conditioning works very well!

Everything! The hosts are quite friendly and helpful. The apartment is really big and comfortable for 4 people.

There was only one toilet paper roll for 4 people for 4 days and there were no soap for hands and duschgel neither.
