Location was excellent. Apartment was in walking distance to restaurants, cafes and shops.

The kitchen cupboards were cluttered with a lot of old mismatched plates and mugs. It was difficult to find space for our groceries. I would toss away everything but the white china and just stick with that.

Fantastic location, great view, comfortable beds. Great range of cafes nearby. Easy access to waterfront walking tracks and beach.

Cleanliness of some parts of accommodation not good - BBQ not clean.

Property was clean, beds and lounge were comfortable overall reasonably priced.

Only small, but the plates were all a miss match and over used with cutlery scrapping marks, place mats were old and stained. Fans in the bedrooms didn’t work. Bunk bed was a little flimsy and my teenage daughter felt more comfortable sleeping on the floor, however the bunk bed is perfect for small children.

Poor instructions on paper when we collected the keys from the service station ie which keys were what, how to access the parking, what buttons to use. Disappointed that linnen wasn't supplied Parking wasn't advertised, but was available... No WiFi Some flexibility and understanding around the severe flooding events would have been appreciated. We contacted the host to let them know we were required to check out a day early to which just got the "rate your stay" email. And no communication to make sure we were safe or that the apartment was still OK during the severe weather
