We loved the location, really close to the beach and less than 1 km to shops and restaurants. The apartment was excellent, as were facilities and staff were really great.

On our last day we were woken up by a trades person drilling on the wall.

only 1 key for two bedroom apartment. inconvenience for the second bedroom guest.

Booked a 2 bed apartment. Not sure why they gave us an apartment with disabled access without telling us in advance even though we did not request for it. Realised after we got into the apartment that the ensuite bathroom had no door or an enclosed shower. Since it was a one night stay, we did not ask to be moved.

The room was far bigger than expected and the unit was well looked after, it was clean and the view was excellent. The facilities were clean, cared for an available for use!

I don’t think I can say that I didn’t like any part of it. It’s was pretty good!

Location

Lift was faulty we dropped two floors. Very scary experience. Rang reception the next day with very little care in her response was told it's out of their hands. A half hearted apology would of been nice. Wasn't going to complain just thought it needed to be reported because it was dangerous. After the attitude of the receptionist I decided to review.

Everything we needed was in the one place. We swam in the pool, cooked a BBQ and relaxed on our balcony. Did not have to go out. Played golf the next day feeling very relaxed.

Good size apartment with privacy and great rooftop spa/entertaining area.

Lack of ceiling fans or air-conditioning in the bedrooms.

comfortable, good size room, pools for kids, good central location. Easy check-in and check-out. Good value.

Balcony not very useable due to large aircon units obstruct and blow hot air. Building felt a bit sterile, better landscaping around pool and common areas, refresh decor.

The location is amazing as is the pool and rooftop decks. We stayed in the Penthouse and the deck, spa and bbq area was superb.

Within the apartment there was limited cooking implements, ie no salt/pepper/oil etc. Limited plates, glassware.

A very spacious 2 bedroom unit with lovely furnishings. was better than the photos. extremely clean and had all the kitchen bits you require. family run and friendly staff.

no aircon in the bedroom only the lounge.
