Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat nicht bzw. schlecht funktioniert.

La struttura è un labirinto di corridoi anonimi e portoni, nonostante una mappa abbiamo avuto un po' di problemi ad orientarci. In stanza non era stato acceso il riscaldamento, faceva freddissimo. Essendo un monolocale non ci siamo aspettati molto, ma la testiera del letto in pelle/similpelle si stava letteralmente sbriciolato, in cucina c'era solo del salo grosso, neanche un po' di sale da cucina, olio e aceto normalmente presenti ovunque. Addirittura le pods per il caffè erano a pagamento... Il bagno era semplicemente un incubo. La porta non si riusciva ad aprire interamente perché un mocio con secchio era stato posizionato dietro, accanto al lavandino. Lo scaldino era arrugginito e la doccia era piena di muffa e arruffinita, con pezzi di parete che si stavano sbriciolato. Per di più, essendo una bellissima domenica volevamo usufruire dei kayak messi a disposizione dalla struttura, ma ci era stato detto che li avevano messi via per l'inverno (i kayak stavano prendendo il sole sul pontile) e che era rischioso perché il tempo cambiava spesso. Il meteo dava soleggiato tutto il giorno, e così è stato, e abbiamo visto decine di persone che hanno approfittato facendo un giro in kayak sul lago visto la giornata idilliaca.

Der See hat Blaualgen, die hoch giftig sind, ggf nur temporär aber zum schwimmen war das nicht zu empfehlen.

Amazing location, lovely staff, kayaks for rent and awesome pool. The view from the pool is outstanding and several fantastic restaurants in walking distance. Lots of convenient facilities (gym, laundry) and the apartment kitchen was v well equipped.

The one bedroom flat is not ideal for four people as there is just one sofa. It would also be good to have more chairs and larger tables on the balconies to make them more usable.

The place at the seaside, quiet, lovely, comfortable und clean. The communication with the reception. The near to the hot spots. The pool and the apartment were excellent for our family with our son!

surroundings was fantastic and great that uou could rent SUP and kayaks at the residence. Nice pool, spa and fitness.

Well situated on the lake

We arrived after hours. But we didn’t receive a remote during self checkin to open the gate to drive in. Waited in the dark before some guests opened it for us. Then staff provided a code to open the gate, but the code was wrong. Rooms are ok for one night. A bit bleek.

everything was perfect, Marina, very nice lady in staff team, she was amazing, helped with everything we need. nice place for peaceful days, very good boat for rent directly from hotel, wonderful place for walking, PERFECT LOCATION.

There was not enough toiletries for 4 people.

On the inside the whole building complex has the charm of a parking garage. At least during low season there is absolutely nothing around the complex. No shops or restaurants or anything.
