Cost vs amenities does not match

The location is outstanding. The breakfast service was good (excellent coffee and beverages in general). The room was cosy, but without air conditioning. On the warmest night of 2022... The bathroom facilities were excellent.

The lack of air conditioning in the room. While it's no fault of the hotel, I was surprised that the petrol station and border kiosk only open at 10.

Beds not on equal hight Bath room old fashioned, not easy to clean. Floors are dirty special in the corridor Windows not safe, need to be maintaned,

VERY RUDE RECEPTION Staff!!! On arrival they way the staff address customer requesting QR code for vaccine certificate without greeting first and staff not wearing face mask. The next morning when we arrive in lobby to have breakfast, we approached reception as we wanted to ask breakfast venue and show the key, but reception staff spoke high tone and rudely said to us: "you do not need to show me your key and just go to the breakfast". We were shocked, because we greeted reception and she did not respond! Very poor mentality, we will not come back to this hotel anymore!!

facilities are good . near from shopping center but if you drive by car

book two rooms , but after check - in, the girl on reception tell to pay for breakfast for two of us , because we book 2 double rooms but for 1 person, but I booked 2 double rooms for 2 people in which.

Terrible hotel. Very impolite staff. Long delays to get the room after the 15:00 hrs check in time. Extremely dirty everything. The WC smelling to urine. An absolute mess between employees not passing messages. The breakfast was disgusting. I will never book any Fletcher in the future
