The rooms were very spacious

The sheets on my bedroom were not clean. Had been used before and I could smell someone else’s hair grease. The service at the restaurant was awful. We waited over 1:30h for our meal and had to give up eating altogether

The location is splendid and the room was great

I arrived late due to a delayed flight so the reception told me the restaurant kitchen was closed but i should be able to get something at theit beachclub. When i asked there the told me the kitchen was closed and when i told them reception said the kittchen there was open untill 10 the waitress called the manager who told me the kitchen was closed at 21:00 and i better move on. Very rude and inflexible. When i went back to reception and complained and the cook of the main restaurant overheard my complaint he said he sympathised and could offer something simpple which turned out to be some fried eggs and french fries. I admire this guy and thank him for his kind gesture and flexibility, this is what hospitality is about. The guy at the beachclub should be fired, he is not worthy of a hospitality job.

Good set up and nice staff

location fantastic room was extra large all staff frendly . next to lake location very quiet evening meal was fine dining very posh , breakfast was very very good too.

Could do with a couple of bowls and a sharp knife utensils in the room.
