Locatie is perfect

Location and parking close by. Nice breakfast.

Old building, unsafe stairs (old, narrow and uneven) and no elevator, shower wetting all the bathroom floor (need to clean myself with the towels), they don’t clean and make your room unless you request, “single” room small as a closet with the bed under the desk (feet under the desk hitting it if you move), and the price is as if it werw a well setup hotel.

Slightly loud because the hotel is old and there's not much sound insulation compared to newer hotels.

Unfortunately there was not any refrigrators in the hotel and some rooms didn't have any access to the elevator

Room was very small with no door between toilet and bedroom. Bedroom was only big enough for 3/4 bed and bed had a bench across itwith tv on that went across the bottom of the bed so there was little gap between bench and bed near my feet very strange.. very little room to get past the toilet to the shower which was raised about 250mm above bathroom floor which made it difficult getting in/out of shower even though there was a handle on shower wall. Water leaked past shower curtain onto floor so had to use towels to mop up water. Rooms are not made up during your stay unless requested at check in so no clean towels as I wasn’t made aware of this rule.

When I have check in I received a room that had a bed that a qurater of it was onder a shelf and I could not lay on it straight. this first night was terrible, I could nt sleep at all due to this problem. On the next day they moved me to a "proper" room, however the cleaness was terrible, human hair on the bed sheets and on the bathroom floor.

the charm of the room and history of the hotel was great! very nice outdoor courtyard!

No safe in the room to keep valuable while you have to give the key back to reception when going out! and no check on names/ ID when requesting the room key which means anyone can just ask for a room key, go in an steal all your valuable easily ! the hotel should put in place some checks before handing room keys…

Dated facilities, dirt in the bathroom floor, in the jacuzzi. Stains on the walls and ceiling. Rubbish outside of the bedroom window and sticky handrails on the stairwell. We were charged additional fee for a dog (which is what I expected and agreed beforehand) but it wasn’t reflected the invoice. We only stayed there as it was the only hotel in the center that allowed for pets during our stay, otherwise I would stay at all cost.

Well equipped rooms, nice bar and good food.

Depending on the room assigned some are somewhat small but still very good value for money. Needs some paint here and there though.
