- очень вежливый и тактичный персонал - потрясающее расположение: большой продуктовый Carrefour в 15 минутах ходьбы, маленький продуктовый прям в отеле с обратной стороны, который работает до 11 вечера, до пляжа 10 минут пешком, до железнодорожной станции тоже 10-15 минут пешком. - в номере есть все для комфортного проживания, нам положили маленький набор для мытья посуды и уборки кухни, не пришлось покупать тряпки или моющее средство - на кухне был достаточно большой выбор приборов, посуды - в отеле на нижнем этаже есть стиральная машина, платите только за мыло, очень удобно, но мы не пользовались - в шаговой доступности есть все, что нужно: куча ресторанов, магазинов, аптека и тд - хороший бассейн, чистый - при выселении, если самолет не скоро, можете оставить чемоданы бесплатно в подвале в специальных «сейфах»

- отель не лучшей шумоизоляции, мне часто были слышны соседи сверху, как они что то роняли, или двигали - так же, соседний отель напротив Aqua Hotel проводит с пт-вс вечеринки м живой музыкой или чем то похожим, и до 12 ночи их очень хорошо слышно, поэтому если вы ищите тихое место, этот отель вряд ли вам подойдет - в целом номер не новый, у нас был самый обычный номер для двоих, но как будто ремонт не помешает. на проживание это никак не влияет, однако эстетически приятно смотреть на чистые стены ( прикреплю фото ) - парковка стоит 15€ за ночь, по моему мнению немного дороговато

In mijn kamer was de bevestiging van de douchekop stuk en (voorlopig) hersteld waardoor deze niet goed bleef hangen.

Naapuriparvekkeelta tuleva tupakansavu, naapurit tupakoivat koko ajan (olisimme saaneet vaihtaa huonetta, mutta uuden huoneen savuttomuutta ei pystytty takaamaan). Iltaisin/alkuyöstä lähistön diskosta/juhlateltasta kuului todella häiritsevä musiikki (ilmeisesti petanque-kisojen oheisohjelmaa).

3 dagen, van de 6, werd ons appartement overgeslagen bij de schoonmaak. Dan moesten we zelf handdoeken gaan halen bij de receptie. Het aparthotel staat dicht op Hotel Aquamarina en in deze tijd van het jaar zijn er veel groepen pubers en studenten die veel lawaai maken op de balkons tot ca. 24:00 uur. Dat is hinderlijk.

L'hôtel était très propre, agréable, calme, le personnel très serviable et aimable. La chambre était grande, la terrasse également. Il était bien situé par rapport à la plage et à l'endroit du festival pour lequel nous étions venus à Santa Suzanna. Le petit déjeuner très bon, avec des produits frais (jus d'orange frais et fruits frais). Nous avons pu continuer à profiter des installations après le check out. Une consigne et des douches étaient à disposition.

Rien de négatif. Cette période de l'année était idéale pour se rendre dans cet hôtel. En pleine saison, par contre, la piscine n'étant pas très grande, je pense que ce serait bondé.

Brilliant Aparthotel. Stayed here before and will again. Very spacious apartment with sitting room and well fitted kitchen. Air conditioning, huge balcony. Very good location near the station (5 euros to Barcelona!). No complaints at all. We would not stay anywhere else in Santa Susanna.

View from balcony (in most cases) looks onto hotel next door. There’s absolutely nothing else to complain about.

Quiet and great sized two bedroom apartments.

Pool area not cleaned every night although was very quiet so not hugely needed.

Well silenced inside, you don’t hear other guests. The shop is just downstairs, can’t be closer. 10mins walk to train station to Barcelona, 10mins to the beach. The pool was clear, an there was always a free deckchairs. Rooms super clear, even the knives were sharp. Cleaning service every day.

The hotels in surrounding can be loudy, especially on weekends. But nothing too disturbing. People smoke on balconies, which are close to each other.

Great location. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. Apartment had everything we needed and was serviced everyday. Beds were comfortable. Nice bar and pool table. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The pool is a little basic but served us well and we had great fun.

Fantastic place for a family holiday perfect location

We are just back from a 10 night self catering stay and cannot say enough about it. So clean - cleaners came every day. Made beds and changed towels. Beds very comfie. 2 bed apartment perfect for our family of 5. Great location. Less than 10 minute walk to big supermarket and train station. Staff were all so friendly and helpful too.

Room was clean the same with the pool

No WfI in our room not working. We told at Reception. It worked on the last day of our holiday. We were in Room 412 . we stayed there before in the Hotel the WFI always worked unless we are on the 4th Floor.

I loved everything about the property

The people were great and friendly. Room was exactly as advertised. Great value for money

The location vas a bit tricky. It is near the beach but because of the geo layout you have to walk to it for about 10 minutes.
