It was not the best place to stay for sure. It was not cheap but the service was poor, facilities were not great there were an evening that we hadn’t electricity for 5+ hours.

We were offered a variety of delicious food. The hotel is next to the beach which we liked. The location makes it easy to do day trips, like Barcelona, Girona, Costa Brava, etc.

The hotel facilities were old. We (with an infant) had a room on the 6th floor. Every trip to our room contained a lot of waiting time for the elevator (some of which had no AC working). We also had to queue for the restaurant (more or less for every breakfast and dinner). The hotel had lunch options in the bar which were quite expensive and not so good compared to the other restaurants nearby. The room was not very clean when we entered. Under the bed, it was quite dusty.

This place has a lot of advantages. First,it’s a close proximity to the sea.Second,there is a wonderful entertainment program for every day which doesn’t make you bored ( neither children nor adults). Third,there is a great variety of mouthwatering food.All the staff tried to do their best.( friendly and helpful).

One disadvantage is queuing during the mealtime…but the hotel is big and it’s inevitable. Even if you come at the end of the time meal there is always food . Moreover,I think it’s time to change towels(unpleasant)-grey and even damaged;((

The location is great. It is right on the beach, no need to cross any roads or anything. It's clean. Great view from the room!

- Not enough sunbeds near the pool for all the visitors in high season. - sunbeds on the beach are quite expensive to rent. As someone has already suggested in the reviews here, it would be nice to arrange for hotel visitors some discount on sunbeds and umbrellas just in front of the hotel as there are not enough places next to the pool. The hotel nearby has such an arrangement for their visitors, where their visitors pay half the price. - breakfast choice was ok, but rather poor for a 4* hotel in Spain. Horrible coffee for breakfast; Fresh orange juice is not fresh. No allergy information on the dishes, no explanation what is what (except for milk: there were many varieties and all had labels). No feeling that you are in Spain at all, no local food for breakfast. - no kettle or coffee machine in the room, no glasses for water either; - soap and shower-gel/shampoo is all the toiletries you will get in a superior room (this does not correspond to the bathroom pictures on Booking). - my wi-fi code needed additional request to be activated; - online check-in (which is a great idea, by the way) did not go as explained in the email. We still needed to queue with all the other guests, waiting, answering all the same question, despite the photos of the passports provided beforehand online. This time could be used to explain all the activities that the hotel provides, I think, but no one did that. - kids club is not a club where you can leave a child alone, thus parents crowd in the kids club, because there is no place for them to sit/rest at least nearby. - smoking. The guests are smoking everywhere. There is no separate smoking area. All the outside space seems to be considered one smoking area. You wait in a queue to get to breakfast (yes, sometimes you need to wait in a line to get inside), and there are tables with ashtrays on them all along this waiting line. A paradise for smokers! - bathrooms near the pool/kids club are not well maintained.

The cleaning person was very noisy and she was very loud all the time( morning/after-noon) 🤦‍♀️

As far as we can rate resort hotels (don’t usually go), this one was very well organized and clean. Breakfast was toped up all the time and the seating was handled by the staff-amazing. Rooms were comfortable and the renovated bathrooms very convenient. The pool and pool area was occupied from the early morning, so we skipped that completely, the beach is right outside the hotel gates - 2sunbeds and 1parasol for 21€ a day (not a hotel service). We loved our stay!

The evening entertainment was very very loud and went on from 19:30 till 23:30 in the outside area. When you close the balcony door you can hear it only lightly. But sometimes it was too much for us for 8 days.

1. Staff at the restaurant implies objections. The old manager man at the entrance of the restaurant may be working for decades at this workplace, but even in this case is not allowed to act with the guests as officers act with soldiers in the army. This phenomenon repeated three times per day degrades the illusion of the four-star hotel. A young smiling person is needed at this place. 2. Many four-star hotels around the world offer tap water free at dinner. Other drink consumption is extra charged naturally, even mineral water, but not tap water. Why do you hang on with this absurd extra profit? Please consider even these aspects, if you would like to keep the superior class reputation of your hotel.

Hotel was great. Perfect location. Lovely pool with nice music too.some good pool activities aqua aerobics, water polo and inflatable slide. VIP room perks - Separate VIP pool areas offering 12 o’clock and 3 o’clock fizz. Most staff friendly and helpful. Food was plentiful and varied although catered primarily for continental guests (10 different types of sausage for breakfast, we didn’t like any of them!) Train station ten minute walk away. Variety of shops and bars within minutes walk via the underpass. Lovely beach bar called Maui, beach front location to the left of the hotel, great drinks and atmosphere and wonderful view of the beach and sea.

The beach and sea view from the front VIP area was obscured by a wooden building which was erected during our stay.

Hotel is right next to the beach, swimming pool is really great.

The check-out time is 10am, and if you want late check out, you need to pay extra 50 EUR.

- the bed and cushions were not comfortable - the cleaning was not properly done, just superficially - the door to the balcony was broken, and having a child it is a safety problem. After our second complaint, they tried to fix it, but it was still loose. - the main light was not working, and the ceiling was dirty, I guess from the previous guests.

administrators are friendly and helpful. Service in the restaurant is excellent. special thanks to the boy Jose-Maria, another special thanks to the girl from Ukraine, I don’t know her name, she cleaned the rooms on the second floor, quickly and very cleanly. when the other one cleaned, the room remained dirty, she only made the bed and changed the towels. thanks to the restaurant administrators.

We rested at the beginning of May. unlucky with the weather, because of this it is cold in the room, the extra blanket is very thin. in the restaurant, dinner is good, but breakfast is very poor: only eggs, pancakes were only once a week. There was almost no seafood at all: shrimp was once every two weeks, mussels were also not served, paella was terribly cooked, fish was a cheap option. I understand the reason: not professionals were hired to work as cooks, just visiting migrants, I have nothing against it, but without any cooking skills. a lot of products are either overcooked or half-cooked.

It was not the first time at this hotel (previously at the Suites). So, the main reason why we booked it again is the location - on the beach, literally. The pool area is quite large, but can be full at the peak times. The restaurant is very big, the choice of food was excellent. The hotel staff is friendly, but the restaurant staff even more - always smiley, attentive and quick, which is not everywhere in Spain (personal experience).

Nothing major, only couple of things. The mattress was not comfy. Also, the entertainment needs some improvement. The bar staff need to learn how to make drinks.

Parking: very difficult to park around the hotel. Available parking 700 meters away needs some walk. for parking in the hotel was a waiting list.

a lot of smoking people on the balcony, a bit of inconvenience for families with kids, especially in the morning when you are sleeping with an open door to the balcony.

View of the room is fantastic and the swimming pool is good. The location is close to the beach, it's good to enjoy a relax walk after dinner.

It's hard to obtain a parking lot outside the hotel, especially the local vacation days.
