NÃO PRECISO ENTRAR EM DETALHES NÉ , MAS FIZ UMA RECLAMAÇÃO VERBAL QUANDO FUI EMBORA OUTRA COISA FOI QUE MESMO TIVE QUE LEVAR A MINHA BAGAGEM PARA O QUARTO .. ASSIM COMO MTB TIVE QUE DESCER COM TODA A BAGAGEM QUANDO FUI EMBORA ... FUI IMFORMADO QUE NÃO HAVIA FUNCIONÁRIO PARA TRANSPORTAR AS BAGAGENS ...

Tudo foi muito bom.

O apartamento internamente precisa de algumas reformas, principalmente no banheiro

Great breakfast, everyday changed a bit, nice service, nice room with separated bedrooms.

the apart hotel is operated by Accor and everything worked as it should from smooth check in, clean and well maintained accommodation more than adequate breakfast nice pool area with a well equipped Gym if that’s your thing. our apartment on the 9th floor looked recently refurbished and was very comfortable with two bedrooms bathroom and kitchen good shower plenty of hot water and good pressure garage parking available on site and pets welcomed.

during the weekend the restaurant while open for breakfast is closed other times.

The room was very spacious.

Too much noise from the streets, door to one of the room would not close, because of the space between the door and the bed.

Room is too small, very noisy due to proximity with Marginal and the windows dont have good isolation.

The location is very good! Quite and relaxing. The staf is very friendly and the breakfast was very good! The gym is good!

The room wasn't ready at check-in time. I also thought is a little old fashion and not well mantained.

apartments are too old and need urgent renovation. even though it has an apartment structure, sofa was old and no condition to cook. bed linen was old

the apartment is old and could have some kind of improvement to be more modern, but it served perfectly for the two days I stayed with my family

Location is excellent, close to everything (shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, banks, parks and transit). Apartment has a very usable full kitchen with all of the utensils in order to cook and dine in a home atmosphere. The restaurant has very very Tastey, good food and reasonably priced! The Daily breakfast buffet is especially very good with a large variety of freshly made foods, hot eggs, omelets & meats, breads and fruits. Staff is extremely friendly & helpful to include the front desk, restaurant staff and housekeeping Are All Quite Kind. They were Helpful and took very good care of my family, I Am grateful especially to front desk for their kindness & help towards myself and my family, they did everything possible to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment is a nice size, good wifi, clean and comfortable, has Two Very Clean bathrooms. We come to Sao Paulo often for medical reasons and the Adagio is Always our 1st choice for accommodations, would recommend to anyone who needs to stay for any length of time to stay here...
