Location, staff was great and super helpful and the size of rooms and living rooms is pretty good.

Breakfast has a lot of choice but not great quality, also no plates, etc in the kitchen area of the room. The bathrooms were far too small with virtually no space to hang towels.

Fantástica localização, quarto para família excelente, com dois quartos e cozinha pequena no ambiente. Perto de várias atrações e restaurantes diferenciados.Ficarei sempre que for a SP.

The location is amazing, but our room had a problem with the shower sink.

Currency exchange is in next building. The breakfast was good. All the staff was kind and welcome. I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I go to Brazil next time.

Prolongation of stay for one day not possible via Booking.com. The reception desk accepted the prolongation, but messed up with registering: no cleaning service, disabled key card, no towels, no minibar.... and no compensation. Barking dog all night in the neighbour room - no compensation. A little bit more good will and flexibility would not hurt....

I forgot some food items in my frigobar, and when I called the staff about them, the items “disappeared”. I asked the security team to check the corridor cameras to confirm if someone took them and the staff answer was poor. very sad to be affected in my security in this way. the IHG group should develop better procedures and hire a more professional staff.

Water pressure very low on 31st floor Little help getting early check in / late check out. Oh! No bath caps, cotton balls, etc in bathroom. I missed those items.

My executive room in the 30th floor is comfortably designed for business, with a spacious table and everything yiu actually need to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast is OK. It is my 4th time and I will surely come back again.

The gym on the first floor is probably open for non-guests as it is too busy.
