Anyone wanting to get an accurate idea of what this property is like can stop at this review right here. I stand at the best position to rate this place considering that I stayed here for 15 night, a stay that can be summed up in 2 words: absolutely amazing. The cleanliness, the comfort of the beds, the coziness and homeliness of the ambiance demand specific appreciation. All reviews mentioning any problems with parking are plainly wrong: on street parking is available during most hours and free parking at the BandM store literally opposite the property is available 24/7. My stay across the 15 nights was amazing and I have no negatives to note. I probably wasn't the best tenant that Jane has had as my younger brother and sister really did make a bit of a mess, but even then, Jane was kind enough to accept my apology and was understanding in a situation where most would loose their cool. I thank her for running her business through transparency i.e. what you see on here (Booking.com) is what you get: a great, cozy, comfortable, homely 2 bedroom apartment with 2 washrooms and free parking. Nothing more one could ask for.

The hosts left a bubbly, tea and coffee.

There was no hoover at thelocation to assist with end of stay cleaning

Quite a spacious flat, hosts had thought of all the little details like iron, hairdryer, a few games and toys for kids, books. Very convenient location.

Parking isn't ideal as the on street parking has a lot of time restrictions. Plenty of parking is easily accessible nearby, it just takes a bit of thought.

We weren’t provided the code to get past the initial door and the email for digital keys didn’t come through for two members of the party. I must say it was handled quickly and efficiently and resolved well.

Apart from the digital key issue everything was great.

Location in central Burton made access to the town easy with on street parking outside the property. The accommodation was well appointed, clean and came with all those travel essentials and everyday practical extras, like washing up liquid and extra toilet rolls, to make the stay pleasurable. Information from the owners was clear and delivered in a timely fashion. Would certainly make use of this property or one of the others available when in the area again

Very minor quibble as the shared entrance to the courtyard and one bedroom was affected by an occupant of another apartment who enjoyed a brew and smoked outside their window that was adjacent to them.
