ABSOLUT AMAZING STAFF Breakfast, in particular Lailas sourdough bread was devine

We got an upgrade to their renewed rooms. The room was very modern, the decoration was very nice, felt cozy. The breakfast is SUPERB, and the attention of the staff from the kitchen is also 5 stars. The hotel is 2 blocks away from the beach and you can find everything you would need nearby - restaurants, markets, etc.

We booked this hotel because it included parking. When we arrived, to our surprise, the parking places were very small and our car was a bit big (an SUV) It was an adventure to have the car parked. The person who was on duty at that time was also kindly of "harsh" with us because they absolutely want you to park a certain way to maximize their parking space. The next day we parked somewhere else to avoid any issues with the hotel, but this point was really dissapointing to us, as we had booked the hotel specifically to the parking.

Everything - Staff was wonderful from check-in to check-out and always kind and helpful (thanks Filippo!) - breakfast was very good AND served until 12!!! How amazing is that!? - Checkout at 12! If only all hotels did this! - Our room was super clean, peaceful with a natural decoration, eco friendly and the bio products supplied were of great quality. Loved the Blackout blinds, extra pillows and blanket, efficient heating (December was cold!) Also we had bathrobes which is a nice touch (no slippers though). Huge bed with lovely fluffy pillows, safe incl. and plenty of wardrobe space. Our room had a little balcony - Premises are clean, decorated in a very calming & natural and neutral tone.

Not a sea view, but very close to the beach; close to the beach tram? lots of local shops, albeit a bit tacky; lots of local restaurants, which get very busy from 8pm onwards; 2 Michelin restaurants in town just 2 stops on the tram; friendly staff; close to the Ihotel and Hotel Rose Spas

Room was a bit small, mainly due to a large sofa. would have been better with just a chair. We found individually wrapped cups a bit incongruous with their policy.

The hotel was really clean and the location was absolutely excellent, the metro stop was right next door. The metro runs between the center of Rimini and Riccione. The beach is only a few minutes' walk from this lovely hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the breakfast at the hotel was really good and the room was very clean and cozy. 😍

Receiptionists were so kind to explain everything, all my questions. Room was really good, renovated and clean. Ladies who served breakfast was very kind. Breakfast was good enough. I was late to catch my bus and didnt have time to have breakfast at the hotel but they provided paper bag which i put pastries to carry with me. Hotel is close to eveywhere. Aggreed beach bango 60 provided everything I need; umbrella, sunbed, safe with discounts. Their restaurant didnt have much option for vegetarian but it was enough for me. Beach bar was good with its songs and cocktails. I would choose this hotel next time in my trip definitely.

A clean, modern and affordable hotel. Close to the beach, but in a quiet side street. Rimini is generally easy to walk or bike, but the Metromare from the train station is convenient if you carry luggage. I stayed three nights - two in a deluxe double, one in a standard single room. Both rooms had balconies - the deluxe room even had a separate balcony from the bathroom! A drying rack was also available on the balcony, which was a pleasant surprise and very helpful on a summer visit to Rimini. The photos are a decent representation of the rooms. Overall, the hotel has given plenty of attention to detail, making the stay easy, convenient and relaxing. The breakfast selection was small, but decent. All the basics you would expect. The breakfast is served from 7:00-12:00, perfectly flexible whether you travel for work or holiday. They prepare coffee to order to each guest, free of charge - of the good quality you would expect anywhere in Italy. I was initially supposed to leave Rimini after two nights, but had an accident and needed to stay one more night. The hotel staff contacted me upon making my second booking, placed my luggage in the room and made every possible attempt to accommodate my invited foot. The service at the hotel is exceptional, with kind staff doing their best for every guest. If I ever come back to Rimini, Ambienthotels Perù will without doubt be my first choice.

Nothing at all - even the price was respectable. Don’t expect a huge hotel with a pool or on the beach, though - but I preferred the relaxed and quiet atmosphere here.

I have to say that people on the front desk (Daniela & Phillipe) have done all the best to feel as we are at home. I travel a lot (business and family) and I rarely meet so responsive service at hotels. Thank you a lot.
