Large bright building on edge of the old town, welcoming reception and bar-restaurant, Well decorated room, with pleasant south-facing view.

Calm accurate hotel, great located and very nice girls on the reception desk, checked in earlier and there were no problems with it. Everything necessary were in the room

For a five-star hotel it is rather shabby, some furniture needs to be replaced, a piece of someone's fingernail was found behind the bedside table. I've been in some hotels much better, but without so many stars

Wspaniały pobyt, czysto, elegancko i profesjonalnie. Fajny bar, extra sauna. Studiowałam na Akademii Sztuk Pięknych przylegającej do hotelu, więc dodatkowy plusik za to doświadczenie i bliskość sztuki!

Größeres Hotel mit typischen Businesszimmern, gutem Bett und ordentlicher Ausstattung fußläufig zur Altstadt und zu den Oderinseln. Freundliches Personal und sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet auch für Spätaufsteher.

Wie ich leider erst nach der Buchung feststellte, bot die Hotelkette über ihre Internetseite die Zimmer deutlich günstiger als booking.com an. Trotz der Werbung "wir bieten den gleichen Preis" wurde eine anteilige Erstattung jedoch mit fadenscheinigen Argument abgelehnt, weil der günstigere Preis in EUR ausgewiesen worden war und eine Umrechnung zur gewählten polnischen Währung bei der Buchung nicht den Regularien von booking.com entspreche. Eine sicherlich nicht nur für mich nicht nachvollziebare Art Garantien nicht einzuhalten.

Zimmer könnten eine Auffrischung vertragen. Bade/Duschkombination, hat das Badezimmer „fast geflutet“

Местоположение хорошее, довольно тихо. Кровати удобные. Завтрак нормальный. Заселили на час раньше, спасибо.

Отель не похож на 5 звезд. Максимум 4. Заказ еды в номер неудобный и платный, дозвониться очень трудно. Сауна холодная, нет места, где посидеть после сауны (на всех два лежака). Простыни рваные, мебель и дизайн устаревшие, минибар пустой. Парковка дорогая. Все какое-то бездушное. Но если многого не ожидать и если предлагают хорошую цену - селиться можно, в целом, все нормально.

Great location near the city center but still very peacefull surroundings next to the park and the river. Great breakfast.

The price for the parking was a bit high, but it's a secured garage. The room i stayed in had a bathroom aimed at people with disabilities. I do not require that so for me the mirror was too low.

Great hotel in a perfect location with the view of Panorama Raclawicka. Close to all the sites you would like to see in Wroclaw but at the same time in a quite location. Room clean and tidy and a very good size. Very nice staff.

Room was dirty dust everywhere, mini bar is actually empty fridge The furniture was broken. Lift was only 1 working which make people wait. No room service after 12am. Staff sleeping in the lobby(they should have room dedicated for it)

Breakfast was very nice - there was pretty much everything you could think to choose from. Room was spacious, the bed comfortable. Location and connection to the rest of the city very good.

Excellent hotel, walking distance to everything, quiet if you get a room facing the patio.

Despite the fact that the room seemed to be clean, the impression was spoiled due to an open bottle of still water, and the remaining half-drunk juice in the mini bar from previous guests.

- The door in sauna were broken - There was no water to heat up the sauna - There is no space to rest or lay down in sauna
