nice airy and large room - dinner menu was consistently varied, high quality and plentiful - range of facilities from bonus room to swimming, basket ball, tennis, soccer, etc...is superb. Staff super helpful despite sometimes not being very fluent in English. Light lunch facilities around the beach area worked well when we wanted light and quick, high quality lunches on the fly
water activities a bit far, tennis courts could be maintained better and Truce and the Garden have average quality food offerings

Excellent at accommodating our request for a late check out.
Out son has a nut allergy and they are very good at passing information and doing whatever they can to address this matter.
Room had some noise from a adjacent air con that was not working quietly. Calista tried to move our room and dealt with this matter very well.

It was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in, modern, large complex but still giving an intimacy feeling, as compared to other huge hotels in the area. We loved everything, from the luxurious rooms to lush vegetation, variety of activities, bars and restaurants, delicious food (you can get absolutely everything you could wish for), quality drinks, nice pools and beach with fine sand and clean waters… not to mention the kindness of the staff. I will definitely come back to Calista, luxury at its finest!

The food was mediocre. Would be better with fewer options but with better quality.
The communication and service was below expectations. The staff's English skills were quite bad in general.

It was a great experience, the facilities are clean, the food buffet is varied, very suitable for children, and the staff is friendly

Everything was great and neatly organized. We especially enjoyed the superb shows in the Amphiteatre and the Charme Club.
We’d like to thank the Customer Relations manager Leven and team for their outstanding commitment, Aminat from the staff and Zehra, Lisa from the entertainment staff.
Some staff couldn’t speak English but we managed just fine.

The al a cart restaurant Sakura has good service but lacks good food. The dishes are bad and not worth the money or the time.

Almost everything was great! High quality of food. Good quality and warm water in the pools (in June). A room was with nice view. Simple and easy process on check it and check out.
Broken gaming devices in the Bonus Play room. Disturbing animators: please no need to come to welsome to evening show when people are eating.

Facilities are impeccable, staff very attentive, lots of options for activity. The Calos Spa is outstanding.
Would suggest that tip envelopes are provided so that guests who have early check outs can leave a tip for staff who have been exceptional.
The food was great but a little more variety would have been appreciated. The same items were on the menu every day with slight variations.
Didn't like that the restaurants were not a part of the all inclusive offering.

Rooms were really nice and clean, The food was really great and a lot of options, the Spa provides an amazing service including a massage by the pool which was device and we got lovely treats for our anniversary and my birthday. Super convenient to get to the golf courses and the Whatsapp service to communicate with the info desk to organise shuttle etc was a excellent and most responsive service
We were never really informed about the amount of maintenance that would be going on around the location, we knew a lot of facilities might be shut but not that significant maintenance would be going on especially around the beach area. That wouldn't have changed our decision to stay, just would have set expectations better. Rooms could benefit from King size beds.

The hotel was amazing and the staff were great. Very nice food and excellent Spa service. The pool and beach facilities work well. The BBQ restaurant idea was fantastic.
Grounds, gardens, and pools very well maintained. Excellent located property in Belek with good access to beach.

upon arrival there was a big blood stain on my sheet, which probably didn’t go away after laundry. they changed it immediately but could have noticed it before I did.

The staff is attentive, there is a good program for adults during the evening. The spa and swimming pool are well maintained.
Did not find the bed comfortable. It was too soft and the pillows were small. Entertainment for the kids was limited, perhaps due to off peak season of January.

Everything was perfect! i’ve been celebrating the new years with my family all year and have never seen a better place!! We’ve came here 5 times but last time was over 6 years ago! and to come back is a relief!

One if not the best out there. Everything you thought and wanted is here. A well-maintained, clean and stunning resort that begins with the reception of the guests, the abundance of flavors, the colors of the delicious food of all kinds that you can only dream of. The facilities are the staff that always wants to help in everything. The pool and the cleanliness is something we have not yet known of its kind.

Overall Restore was awesome, food, dinner and kids area we all amazing. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The stuff we very welcoming and so helpful.
