I requested early check in they didn’t provide , I don’t blame them as it’s subjective to availability but they have accommodated us and offered refreshments as our flight reach early. I have requested late check out up to 4pm but they didn’t entertain, they allowed check out at 2pm other than that everything was great

I think the staff were excellent food ok. overall not bad but rooms very limited and quite small.

unfortunately I thought shopping within the hotel would be a good option. I believe that as a person who runs a business believes in honesty a must. however the item I paid 350 euro was only worth 59 euro. very sad felt robbed. contact hotel about matted were not interested. won’t be back to that hotel. And recommend tread carefully in Turkey.

Staff were wonderful, friendly and very welcoming Food and drink choice was excellent Turkish a la Carte lovely and well worth the visit Entertainment was excellent, even outside of peak season, the team were very enthusiastic in getting people involved with activities.

My only bit of feedback relates to the final night at the hotel, where there was a Turkish night in the main restaurant, where it was extremely busy. It was difficult to find a place to sit indoors in the restaurant, so we ended up sitting outdoors after it had been raining, which wasn't ideal. Waiters did come outside to provide cutlery and lay the table with slip proof mats, but maybe it would have been better to have the party in another room, to enable capacity for those looking to have their evening meal in peace and not struggle with seating due to the party underway.

Not for solo travellers, some of the waiting staff were dismissive and bordeline rude, perhaps due to me being alone or at worst because of my tanned skin...

Adults clothing were not appropriate, specially when you have kids.

custom service and problem solving are exceptional. the hotel requires renovation and this is perfectly balanced by attitude to customers.

it seems that the hotel refuses to use Apple Pay due to safety reasons. I found that uncomfortable.

Everything, this was our 4th stay at the Liberty Lara and it was great to see that standards remain very high across the board, fantastic choice of food, drinks and entertainment with professional, responsive and happy staff! Can't fault the place really🙂

We were traveling with my mother and sister they really hated the bath in their room we tried to upgrade but the hotel was overbooked and we asked if we could cancel they told us to “take the issue with booking “

everything was amazing the food, entertainment, pool, staff and Parna, the guest relation was an amazing young lady. Since we had a disabled person with us they did everything they could for him to have a very comfortable stay.

bathrooms needs refurbishment but they’ll be having one this winter. looking forward to go back and check the new Liberty Lara

We went during the peak season when the hotel was fully booked. I checked previous reviews of the hotel, that mentioned that the food selection was great and there were no lines for food during the buffet meals, which often happens at other all-inclusives. At Liberty Lara we always had various options of tables where to sit at lunch and dinner, despite so many guests there was privacy and good service. Food options were always excellent and we enjoyed fresh fish every day. The hotel is not huge, which is nice. Next to it there are bigger hotels with huge water slides and perhaps it attracts families, but we spoke to some families that were staying there and they mentioned to us that the service was not so good, too many people, huge lines for meals at every buffet, etc. Not the case at Liberty. Even at the beach we always found available chairs at almost any time of the day. We were a family travelling with a young child and older person. Everyone's needs and entertainment were met beyond our expectations.

Rooms could be a bit bigger, but they are clean and comfortable. Good night sleep and view of the sea from almost all balconies.

Lovely attitude towards kids. We have requested more organized group activities for teenagers, and the next morning there were a fact already - a new football playground was made within several hours and some entertainment games were organized.

I don't have any complaints.
