The best was Alessandro's friendship and hospitality. We will NOT forget the good time we spend in San Gimignano. I hope to come there in future

Ideal location, charming host and hotel. An amazing evening meal was prepared for b&b residents by our host.

The air conditioner in the room could do with a filter clean.

Exceptionally beautiful property that is also well maintained! Very nice, friendly host (Alessandro Martelli), who went above and beyond to make our stay very memorable. The dinner he served was amazing. He also accommodated our early morning departure by making the breakfast earlier than their regular time. I wish we could have stayed longer!

The air conditioning in the room didn't work, apparently because the central system was still set to heating rather than cooling due to the change in seasons. But the night temperatures were cool enough that we could leave the windows open and had cool breeze.

Alessandro was the consummate host, very kind and generous. He made himself available for our very late check in and gave us a ride into town. Alessandro shared much information and stories that made our stay more comforting and complete. The property is beautiful with a dreamy Tuscan countryside setting surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Breakfast was delicious and filling with a nice cappuccino. While walking the garden I enjoyed the company of a couple of friendly cats. We had a most lovely and relaxing stay.

Bed was very firm. Would have preferred softer blankets. Did not see a way to heat the room.

Alessandro has created a very beautiful place with a lot of love for details.

Wifi was not available in the room. As the room might haven’t been used for some time ( it’s just the beginning of the season) there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

We enjoyed the location, the property is very beautiful, close to San Gimignano and easy access to other places.

We were not happy with the lack of flexibility and services provided by the host, at times we found it hard to get a hold of him to answer questions or provide extra services such as beverages, etc. We assume these short comings might be due to post pandemic circumstances.

The pool looked beautiful, but it was too cold to go swimming. All of the grounds were very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was good, but the cold weather chilled the warm food, and us outside! The host was superb, and his restaurant recommendations we spot on. The begging kitten, trying to climb up the tables and people was annoying.

Nothing positive to say about this house. Its not a hotel your living in someone's house. We Wasnt even allowed to eat inside the so called restaurant. Wasn't allowed to eat in your room. You Had to eat outside in a fly infested gazabo area on dirty old plastic tables and chairs and cats walking all over your table and jumping up while your eating breakfast. Disgusting. Mattress was so old it was circa 1970's. Air conditioning was ancient and needed servicing as it smelt of mould and damp. No facilities or anything. A campsite would of been more comfortable to be honest.

The outside looks lovely then you get inside and it's horrid. Mould in the shower, broken toilet seat, every sunbed around the pool was broken. Had to ring booking. Com as this hotel never replies To emails or phone calls. Cats and cat faeces in the breakfast area with cats jumping up all over your table. Absolutely vile. You'd be shut down in the UK if this happened under the environmental health act. The owner was quite arrogant and I don't use that word lightly. I guess the 20 cats walking about are to eat the mice and rats that run around the place. For what, we paid for the room to what we received, they really should be not be allowed to advertise as a hotel. It's someone's house your in. This is Not a hotel.

It was spectacular scenery - truly a piece of paradise. Beautiful clean pool. Lady who served breakfast was great and some family children helped with serving food. Home cooked dinner offered one of the 2 nights was very tasty.

Without a car, it is difficult to get out to pick up food or drinks. Seemed to be a very quiet resort - we wouldn’t recommend for people who like to stay up late or are loud. Several rules to follow.

Everything was perfect. The views from the casale was amazing. The room was big, the bed was comfortable and clean. The owner suggested a restaurant for dinner and was really nice.

The agriturismo is just incredibly beautiful. It is perfectly located, just outside san Gimignano, surrounded by beautiful nature. The host is very friendly and is wholehearted. One evening he even cooked for all the guests. The rooms have everything you need and are lovingly furnished. It was a wonderful stay, we are very happy to come back. Thank you for the nice days!

Location of the hotel is really great, within the tuscan landscape very nice! Breakfast was nice, personnel was helpful.

Due to Covid there was sadly no dinner at the hotel available. Sometimes it was hard to find the receptionist/owner to clear up some questions etc.

Beautiful view! A great location for a trip in San geminiano and Chianti .

The breakfast was great! But we didn’t got all the things at the begging and we needed to ask and wait for coffee or other things.
