Everything was perfect

What a lovely experience, made even more special by their night manager Federico. He went out of his way to be lovely and have a chat and give tips and advise about sardinia. The hotel was small enough to feel boutique but big enough for full privacy. Wrapped around the pool area the hotel was super easy to coordinate and very clean and tidy. The staff were very accomidating, when we wanted fruit slushies we brought fresh fruit from the shops they were happy to make slushies for us by the pool. The rooms were spacious and cleaned quickly everyday. It felt like you came to a family hotel and you became part of the family. Federico deserves a pay rise as he honestly just makes you feel like you are at home and puts a smile on your face every night!

There was some miscommunications about a booking for a boat and the costings as everything is very blaze when booking and they took no responsibility for their mistake on return.

Noisy room near the pool but we were offered a quieter room at the back of the hotel which was perfect

We loved our stay at Nibaru! The staff was so friendly and very helpful for all our requests (arranging a scooter rental, calling a doctor for a small emergency, calling us a cab and recommending the best beaches) Huge shoutout for the gluten-free breakfast options!

Some of the rooms are close to the breakfast area and we heard a bit of noise in the mornings when people started heading to breakfast. I would also recommend having a car rented if you want to make the most of the area as taxis are a ripoff in the area

The staff were amazing and so was the breakfast and pool. The rooms were clean with great air conditioning. Every night they recommended and booked a restaurant for us. The staff were exceptional and could not have been any better.

Service is excellent, the receptionist was very helpful and treated us with a bottle of wine when she knew that we were honeymooners. Rooms are clean, very clean! The cleaning staff are very helpful! Atmosphere is calming and relaxing! I must say there is this lady called Andrea, she works so hard and she serves people and treat them super nicely! Location is amazing too .. close to excellent beaches such as Romazzino … Food is okay. Quite the same every day (if you’re here for a longer period of time u might get bored of it). Overall it’s a really good hotel to stay in Porto Cervo

Beautiful surroundings, overall location not far from Porto Cuervo and lovely beaches. Gardner and breakfast staff were very friendly.

Wi-fi in the room wasn’t working properly. There was no nice restaurant with walking distance from the hotel.

The location was easy to find, it looks well maintained overall and very clean. During our stay there were plenty parking spaces available at the location. We saw the cleaning and the gardening crews busy everyday. The breakfast is just like everywhere else ever since COVID, with the difference that while we were there, only the staff was allowed to touch the food, meaning we could look and tell them what we want to serve. It's not really a problem for us, but I think we were there during a rather quiet period and we didn't have to wait too long to be served. There is a good pizza place right outside the establishment for those who don't want to eat at the hotel, and the service was really fast, about 6-7 minutes from when we ordered until we were served. All the staff has a nice attitude.
