charming and lovely staff

the road to Bormio was closed - the receptionist / owner couldn’t explain to me how to get there - and they refused to refund my payment even though I had only reserved the room 1 hour before. she was rude and didn’t care that i couldn’t get to the hotel and was lost .

the owners took my money and refused to refund it even though the road was closed and I couldn’t not get there. i called three times and they couldn’t tell me how to get there and also that they would close by 10pm regardless and no one would be able to let me in if I could find an alternate route. outrageous .. unprofessional and rude - the antithesis of hospitality .

The location was very convenient for the local town, Easy to find and ample parking either at the hotel or on the street. The room was very confortable and we were given a warm welcome at the reception. The breakfast was excellent and a great choice. We would stay at this hotel again when we are in the area.

Was perfect for a one night stay after 1000km road trip, before returning home next morning. In the middle of the town, so we could walk around in the centre at no effort, have dinner in a cosy restaurant. Garage. Superb breakfast.

Beatiful hotel with good services and a nice breakfast.. Good bike storage with tools and everything.

In Bormio everthing has an extra price added. Just add the 1.5 to 3 eur that a restaurant wants to ask for a paper serviettes and a clean glass in the price of the pizza for example.

this is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. the lady in reception is really nice and kindly. wonderful experience, will live again:)

Doors made a bang every time opened or shut, not helped by selfish guests. Room was too hot, no way to turn down heating. Surly front desk staff.

The single room felt like a suite with a direct private access from outside, a king bed, sofa, small table with chairs and a work desk. Breakfast buffet is amazing and the personnel is very friendly and caring.

I loved the location in Bormio. It was in walking distance from the center. The room was fantastic (great view!) and the breakfast was very good. The staff was very polite and helpful. I will return!

We loved the full continental breakfast. The hotel is located near the old town and a supermarket. A bike storage is available. The room was really comfy.

Rooms were great, big bed, clean, charming. Breakfast was good, Parking on site although you have to pay an extra 10 euro. Fantastic bike room and excellent location to cycle some of the greatest passes

Staff were a bit grumpy but overall it was excellent. We will come again

Basically everything... nice staff, clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, and awesome breakfast

WiFi was not stable... worked in the evening but no Internet connection in the morning
