Excelente atención del personal.
Mejoraría calidad del pan y de la bolleria , incorporaría pan gallego o tamaño de servilleta , pero no hubo nada que no me gustara.

Everything. We were there to celebrate the 90th birthdays of my in laws. The room was very elder friendly on the ground floor with an accessible shower.
My only minor critique is that the tables in the bar are too small for 4 people to eat comfortably. The other 99.99% was glorious.

Lovely old hotel - it felt a bit special and our room had an amazing view. Very comfortable bed. It was nice to walk around the walls for gorgeous views. Plenty of parking. Also an easy flat walk into the cute little town with lots of bars and restaurants.
No kettle to make a cup of tea.

The site of the parador is amazing. I never left the property once there.

The room suffered from noisy air con and we were unable to leave the window open as we were on the ground floor. Thin walls and noisy neighbours.

Poor staff service. This is second time I have visited here. As the last time experience was beyond the expectations, I decided to stay here with my partner for our special trip. But it ended up being worst experience that we have ever had in the hotels. We had dinner at the restaurant and staffs, especially one staff is terribly rude. The dinner time is highlight of hotel staying generally but she ruined. Also we informed about her attitude to the reception and although they promised would came back about it by check-in time but never happened. It has completely changed in 5 years. I'm so disappointed and there are many other good hotels in Galicia

Location and view super. At dinner, in the main restaurant, the seafood we had (shrimps of the atlantic coast ) was of a very good quality.
Bed not comfortable, noisy and the avac was not working. The Restaurant of the Parador was clearly understaffed. At dinner the main course, the stake, did not match, there was a gap

Lovely comfy room/bed. Beautiful view. Hotel felt very luxurious. The pool was huge and easy to use-lots of sunbeds/towels etc. Beautiful walk around the fort and easy access to the town
The hotel facilities were great but the staff didn't tell us anything when we arrived. We were given our key and told where our room was but not given information aboutvwhere anything was or restaurant times etc. When we asked about the menu we were told to look on the website. We had to ask the way to the pool and it was difficult to find. The mini bar had no prices and the service on the terrace was slow. We would have liked tea making facilities in the room

We loved its position, in private grounds on a most beautiful headland. The views were spectacular. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room with wonderful sea views was spacious and beautiful . The bed linen was high quality and the the hotel was spotless throughout
