Amazing little boutique hotel in the center of everything! Perfect location and the hotel is little but very nice, sophisticated and full of art. Restaurant with the best view to the Galleria and the staff totally helpful and polite.
Our room facing the street was mornings a little too noisy but besides that everything was fine.

L aria condizionata faceva uno strano rumore molto forte e disturbante, sarebbe meglio avere dei telefoni in camera così da non dover bussare alla porta dei clienti con insistenza all orario del check out. Comprendo perfettamente che la camera debba essere liberata nell'orario stabilito, ma bussare con insistenza appena 5 minuti dopo l'orario del check out non mi sembra all'altezza di un 5 stelle.

SPECTACULAR hotel! A small, charming and extremely high end hotel right in the heart and centre of Milan. The location could not have been better. The balcony overlooking the entire Galleria was something very special. Furnished perfectly with big rooms, creative spaces and an artistic dream. It doesn't feel anything like a big chain hotel. Breakfast was gorgeous too.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Galleria Vik Milano hotel, and I must say it was the best hotel I have ever experienced. The room I stayed in was absolutely luxurious, exceeding all my expectations. The attention to detail and the exquisite design made it a dream come true. Additionally, the food served at the hotel was exceptional. Every meal was a culinary delight, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from. Overall, my stay at Galleria Vik Milano was an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a truly exceptional hotel experience.
The only downside of the room was the lack of sufficient outlets, which were inconveniently placed.

Best location in Milan. make sure to get the room with a balcony and you’ll love it.
It gets a bit loud. Room windows / balconies are inside the Galleria so until about 1am or so you can expect to hear the echoes of people passing by.

The breakfast was very good - the buffet a little tiny, but still OK. The place is very nice and with very interesting art-decoration! Great! A lovely, romantic place to be. The location is just perfect to visit Milano! And although in the center, the noise isolation with the windows is very good, no noise in the room at all. And a very hearty welcome with very nice staff and lots of attention!
The hotel is in an older, traditional building. So for someone that likes the retro-style, this is perfect!
The temperature in the room was a little to high. And there was no indication of how to handle the air-conditioning or how to handle the temperature. But it wasn't that bad so we didn't bother the hotel staff to explain it to us.

1 night parking was 65€ a little much especially when it takes 30 min for your car to arrive.
Normal is rate is 25 a night not 65. This was not okay.

location is great staff is friendly ..but that’s about it.
Don’t waste your money on this hotel! I’m not going into the lack of amenities like a tv or sockets for phone chargers near the bed.. the main issue was all the noise at night. I understand it’s a historic building and the walls are paper thin but that’s okay the issue was the room that look out onto the inside court. one of the rooms we booked marketed as “suite with terrace” looks into the garbage collection area for the hotel and several restaurants every night expect to be woken up by loud arguments, banging and glass breaking and trucks beeping.. between the hours 2am and 4am so don’t expect to get any rest. I should have paid closer attention to the reviews of this hotel before making my booking. If you are considering this hotel I advice to find another there are lots of options in the same area and everything is relatively nearby. also some guests where smoking in their rooms and that was annoying the smoke smell easily carries into the adjacent rooms.
