The staff was really accommodating. The room was charming and very spacious. The breakfast was great! The neighborhood was adorable.

Location
Our room wasn’t the best - all window blinds were closed when we arrived for privacy as no rear view, so very dark. Terrace to front was in the corner of the garden and shared with large family room next door - the occupants happened to be very noisy! Breakfast was good but again not relaxing as noisy and busy with two large groups. Room was well equipped and pool terrace nice.

Large room and bathroom, with terrace overlooking the large garden. Nice refreshing pool and loungers for when its gets too hot. Good breakfast in the morning. The guest house is situated in a quiet road off the main road in Swellendam and all the restaurants are just a short walk away.

Idyllische Lage mit wunderbarem Bergblick (Zimmer Bokmakiere). Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal. Auf dem Grundstück sind wunderbar Vogelbeobachtungen möglich. Und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Unser Restaurant-Tipp für Fleischesser: De Vagebond.

Friendly staff. Large comfortable room. Big bed. Full DSTV suite of channels. Honesty bar. Lots of little extras including the little carafe of sherry-perfect for sitting and relaxing with view of mountains. Breakfast was outstanding. Attentive friendly staff and plenty of options.

The location is good and easy to find, the staffs are warm and helpful. I like the breakfast best, making my morning bright! Rooms are clean and cozy, you can see many birds singing during the day, which impressed me so much.

Always a lovely welcome, from the friendly hotel team, plus a super breakfast served near the pool . A great stop over and rest spot for our trip to Cape Town. There are several restaurants and casual eateries within walking distance & some pleasant walks around the guesthouses area to stretch your legs .
