The bedroom was not properly cleaned, and even after complaining about it, it didn’t help. The advertisement said sound proof, which was not the case. Finally, we checked out earlier because of these points and our refund is still pending (more than a week after the check out). I already called the hotel and went there personally, but they could not help us with the refund (we had paid in advance for 6 days and stayed for 4 days only). I sent messages/emails too, without an answer. I was expecting a super experience at the Plaza Hotel!!

Location is great as it is very central and many restaurants and shops around.

facilities were outdated and old, room wasn’t clean.. breakfast could have been better..

nothing. extremely dirty, really gross. dirty towels, bedsheet, floor. I had never seen such thing before. I would recommend this place to anyone.

the gave a pooped towel. there was blood on the bedsheet. my feet were BLACK from the floor dirt. this is unacceptable.

Rooms were dusty, found cookie crumbs in several very obvious spots when checking into the room

The rooms were good, has good sized king beds. And the breakfast was excellent with attentive staff.

The management of the towels were bad, they were not prepared for the pool visitors, and they were not organized most of the time. Some clerks were good and professional, but one in particular were really bad towards my girlfriend.

excellent room, very helpful staff, abundant breakfast, very fair price, and centrally located. plus I appreciated having free water
