Muito bem localizado e de fácil acesso. Equipe muito atenciosa. O café da manhã foi farto, diversificado e bastante qualificado. As refeições pedidas no restaurante foram bem satisfatórias e com um preço justo. Aqui faço especial elogio ao funcionário Daniel, educado, prestativo e bastante agradável.

the hotel is nice. it was the second time I stayed there.

this is THE REASON I will never stay there. iron!!! they don’t have iron in the room and the receptionist made me feel stupid when I asked about it and he said that now they have an iron room as a benefit for the customers. no no. benefit is having an iron in the room.

Well prepared staff, very polite and attentive. Hotel procedures are simple and quickly done. Breakfast with high quality foods and infinite options. Everything tastes perfect! Rooms are tidy and clean, with no smells. Location is at walking distance to many nice restaurants, malls, hospitals and the historic center.

Only one card emitted to access a double room. Located at very busy street. Rooms are very noisy during daylight but not so much at night.
