Great food selection in all the restaurants and a decent selection of drinks. Nice clean pools. Friendly and attentive Staff. Nice big and comfortable beds. Lovely sea swimming spots within 5 minutes walk. Perfect distance outside of San Antoni to be quiet but an easy 10 minute walk to the seafront to Cafe Mambo and Cafe del Mar. Very helpful Butler service to book scooters, taxis, restaurants etc

The shower room door did not seal well and the water flowed freely out across the floor outside onto the floor. Balconies have no side partitions to at least shield neighbouring rooms from view from each other

Ontvangst was niet warm en hartelijk. Geen vrolijk gezicht, geen vriendelijkheid, geen welkomstgevoel gekregen (Alicia) Anna van de lunchfaciliteit mag ook vriendelijker doen. De rest van het personeel was super!

Gelukkig zijn er enkelingen van staf die vriendelijk en dynamisch zijn. Bedden ok.

Ongeveer alles... Kamer Junior Suite met bubbelbad - terras: kamer niet klaar, minibar leeg, idem koffiepads (geen strijkijzer, water van douche sijpelt door in toilet en dus volledig natte vloer, enkel hangkast (wat met de rest...?). Op terras waan je je in de discotheek met loeiharde DJ muziek. Genieten in alle rust van het bubbelbad op het terras kan je vergeten! Butler of room service: enkel yes yes & ok behoort tot woordenschat. Er wordt geen gevolg gegeven aan je vragen. Antwoordapparaat enkel in het Spaans. Je kan je de vraag stellen of er iemand Engels verstaat? Zwembaden zijn druk bezet, loeiharde DJ muziek die de zogenaamde 'rustige zwembaden'(loungemuziek)overstemt. 'Handdoekleggers' zijn erg vroeg in de ochtend in de weer. Handdoeken liggen heel de dag onaangeroerd op stoel zonder gebruik. Dikwijls geen propere handdoeken beschikbaar, dus advies 'hou gebuikte handdoek bij totdat er een verse reserve wordt aangeleverd'. Dakzwembad: zelfde scenario. Eten - Capricio: middelmatig, weinig variatie.Kom je wat later toe dan aanvangsuur is er heel wat niet meer te krijgen en een samenraapsel van wat er nog overblijft wordt je maaltijd. Klein terras, niet in overeenstemming met grootte van het hotel, dus lange wachtrij. Soms vlotte drankbediening of pas op einde van je maaltijd. Restaurant Helios: eten ok, ook hier moet je geluk hebben met bedienend personeel (aperitief na voorgerecht, ene tafel krijgt aperitief hapje , andere niks, ...) Gaucho: zuchtend personeel, vraag naar aperitief 'hier kan dit niet', ..., aandringen om hele fles wijn te bestellen, ... Ik kan nog even doorgaan met al wat niet past bij deze categorie van hotel en wel mag verwacht worden. Naast de vele ervaringen 'adults only' vervalt dit hotel werkelijk in het niets.

The hotel it is really amazing; We stayed in Grand Palladium in different countries, and that’s why we knew that this hotel it is what we want for our holiday in Ibiza. The staff and the quality of the services are the best. The new restaurant- Gourmet Truck- it is really incredible and I recommend to try this one for dinner for one night; It is a unique culinary experience which is worth trying. Also, all the a la carte restaurants are really good, best services and delicious food. Gravity bar has the most beautiful sunset on the island, and I say this after seeing the sunset in two different evenings at Cafe del Mar. I thoroughly recommend a stay at this hotel on the island if you want quality, best services and best food. Thanks to the lovely staff! :)

My friend and I felt like the hotel was what made our trip to Ibiza so amazing. The key word to describe this hotel is "fantastic". The food was incredible in the buffet restaurant, there was a lot of variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner and we did not get bored once during the 5 days. We tried a restaurant as well, but concluded that the amount of different things at great quality at the buffet was the best for us. We enjoyed drinks at every single bar, especially the rooftop one Gravity and found the service swift and friendly. Try the frozen cocktails, they are a special treat in the blazing sun. A very positive trait is that all employees seem to genuinely enjoy working there without compromising on efficiency, which was very lovely and refreshing to see. The seaside view is very worth the extra money - the sunset views from the comfort of your own balcony cannot be beat and seemed to have the best layout too. The junior suites did not seem to have the same value, plus they seemed to be placed very closely together, so I recommend staying longer and booking the seaview room instead. The beds are very comfortable and nice plump pillows guarantee a sound sleep. We enjoyed the poolside so much that we accidentally spent 7h there one day, with staff bringing water to loungers there. I do recommend placing a towel onto your preferred one during breakfast times, but there is some movement throughout the day as well, plus staff collects them at the end of the day. All in all, this is a hotel for both the weary busy bee who just want to relax and a Ibiza-party-goer who wants to enjoy the cool atmosphere before heading out to the sultry nightlife. Vibe is respectful, luxurious and "treat yourself".

All the facilities in the hotel are great, but the housekeeping left us scratching our heads a bit. My start was great, but then took a turn during a few days, where one day the cleaning service did not change towels, another day they did not come until dinner time (whereas I was away from the room 10 am to 7pm), apparently doing a 5-min clean with what smelled like was a very dirty rag (it literally smelled like dried spoiled milk) and left the bed-top decorative blanket scrunched up on the floor. It did seem like the cleaning staff either did not manage to keep up with the hotel capacity or somehow did not have a consistent enough routine, which is a pity, but everywhere else in the hotel it was spotless. And a word to the wise, the shower stall does leak a bit, so I recommend doubling up with floor towels and aiming the shower far away from door gaps.

The room, food and drink were all excellent. Just a couple of hours of entertainment by the pool was good. Lovely rooftop bar.

For 5 star, we had no welcome drink and no offer to take our luggage to the room. Although we saw they did with others, so no consistency with staff. One bad meal at snack bar. No jacuzzi. Spa centre very expensive.

I thought it was a beautiful resort and the all inclusive was definitely up to par.

The only thing I would say to do a better job is to advertise the events better and have more events. It was pretty boring most of the time with only people sitting around the pool but as soon as there is music, or if they made interactive games it would have made the experience 10 times better.

We had a deluxe sea view room on floor 7 and the view really blew us away. The windows were HUGE and we could see the entire San Antonio bay from our bed. We spent a lot of time on the balcony just for the views. The food was also really nice and we loved that the beach cove was so close. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and appreciated - we would absolutely stay here again!

The only minor downside was that we had to queue to get into the buffet restaurant every time. At one point the queue had 12+ people in front of us and there were only two members of staff trying to seat people and it just seemed to take a few minutes for each group to be seated. So there was a bit of a wait. I think having a few more staff members allocated to seating guests could have made the experience a little better - we had a busy trip and were often eating in a rush because we had places to be so maybe it was just us being impatient. That being said, it was a very small inconvenience which didn't really impact our stay at all. Still would 100% recommend this place.

Eten was super lekker, veel variatie, mooi gepresenteerd. Kamers waren goed en mooi, terras met jacuzzi was perfect voor ons. Mooi rustige locatie. All inn was erg handig

Druk aan het zwembad, iedereen ging erg vroeg handdoeken leggen dus je moest snel zijn voor een plaatsje in de zon. er waren enkele dingen zoals het aanvullen van de mini bar om de 3 dagen, handdoeken en badjas voor de derde persoon op de kamer waren niet in orde. Jacuzzi op de kaper had geen dop dus kon we de eerste 24 uur niet gebruiken. Kamers werden erg laat in de namiddag gepoetst. Na vraag van extra handdoeken en jacuzzi wel snel in orde. Mini bar nooit aangevuld, vraag om kamer te poetsen in de voormiddag nooit gebeurd. Een bedje op het strand moest je betalen omdat het niet bij het hotel hoorde. Wel erg vriendelijk en behulpzamen mensen op het strand.

Les repas sont excellents mais malheureusement l’environnement n'est pas agréable lorsque l'on est Français sans même parlé de la politesse. Je n'ai vraiment pas l'habitude de me plaindre ou de faire des scandales mais là c'est vraiment inacceptable avec une suite à ce prix!!!!

Le personnel n'a pas pris en compte ma demande et mon heure d'arrivé. Le menage dans la chambre n'a pas été fait durant 2 jours et nous avons du insisté pour le changement du couchage et des serviettes de toilettes. (Dans un hotel à ce prix avec une suite c'est inadmissible!!!!)

Het is een prachtig, sfeervol en nieuw hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Er is veel mogelijk en de drankjes zijn heerlijk. Het is rustig gelegen en er is voldoende te doen (in hoogseizoen). Ook het feit dat het een Adults Only hotel is, was voor ons een groot voordeel.

We kregen niet drie kamers naast elkaar, terwijl we dat wel hadden aangegeven. Waarschijnlijk is dit bij het inchecken verkeerd gegaan, we hebben er geen punt van gemaakt maar vonden het wel jammer. Verder viel het tegen dat één van de restaurants en de meeste zwembaden al gesloten waren (laatste week voor sluiting) en dat je voor de wellness moest bijbetalen terwijl de wellness zelf niet zoveel voorstelt.

Unsere Zeit im Hotel war wirklich schön. Das Zimmer mit Meerblick war gemütlich und die Betten waren super bequem. Die kleinen Macarons zur Begrüßung waren eine nette Geste, die uns ein Lächeln aufs Gesicht zauberte. Der Rooftop-Pool war entspannend, besonders am Abend mit Blick auf die Lichter von Saint Antonio.. Auch wenn es einen zweiten Pool gab, haben wir uns fast immer für den Rooftop-Pool entschieden. Er hatte einfach eine besondere Atmosphäre. Das Essen im À-la-carte-Restaurant war köstlich. Die Gerichte waren gut zubereitet und hatten wirkliches Sterneküchen-Niveau. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend, und es war schön, dass sie uns mit unseren Namen ansprachen. Besonders angenehm überrascht waren wir vom Preis für unseren Aufenthalt. Es war wirklich erschwinglich, besonders für die Qualität, die geboten wurde. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub, und wir würden gerne wiederkommen
