Very friendly Hotel! Professional service on the reception and very good room service. Food is good with variety of vegetables and sea food, delicious desserts. Very nice location with 2,2 km sea promenades for jogging and walking. Interesting evening program with professional dancing teams/shows, singers, Bingo and lottery! We stayed with children- they enjoyed food and entertainment a lot! Also ice cream and table tennis and all sports! A huge performance and dinner on Christmas- thank you for making this day so interesting and special! In December we did not swim so much because of the wind, but there were few calm days and we had a chance to snorkeling with fish (not so much and not so clear water, but better then nothing!)

Tennis court appears to be a football playground with a damaged surface - but our reception manager helped us to negotiate with the neighbor hotel for a visit - really appreciate that! Spa and massage available at SPA center, but sauna cost extra price. The disaster was the room magnetic cards - they became not-working after half day usage. We need to come to the reception 2 times a day to change room cards. The recommendation was to keep far from electronic devices, but we failed;( Taxi service is too expensive when you use reception taxi (40 euro to the airport for a 10 min drive)

Gute Lage, sehr sauber, perfekt zum Relaxen und Tauchen. Essen war echt lecker und wirklich eine gute Auswahl.

Aufgrund misslungener Buchung leider extrem hohe Kosten für den kurzen Aufenthalt nach der Safari.

Verpflegung ließ keinerlei Wünsche offen. Nur ein paar Beispiele: Leckerer Milchkaffe mit schneller Bedienung. Lecker Snacks an der Poolbar. Prompter Service immer mit einem Lächeln. Waffeln, Eis Crepes am Strand... und vieles mehr. Zimmer erst um 14 Uhr verlassen war kein Problem. Netter persönlicher Manager, der alles organisiert hat. Als Bookingcom Bucher wurde ich noch persönlicher betreut als die über einen Reiseanbieter gebuchten Freunde von mir.

We liked everything- the layout of the property, the rooms, restaurants , swimming pools…. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Especially our waiter Mohamed Shabaan made us feel very welcome. He made sure our drinks were waiting for us on the table and checked in on us often if we needed anything else. The animation team is great! With big smiles on their faces and their enthusiasm they got us involved in lots of activities . The food was delicious! We had a great time and definitely will come back soon.

Snorkeling in Coraya Bay was great and very easy access from the hotel jetty. Since all hotels surrounding the property are in same Jaz hotel group, you can talk a lovely walk or run around the bay through all the hotels. Food was good quality and we never got sick, even though we ate uncooked vegetables etc. Staff are attentive and friendly, especially if given few Euros tip every once in a while, but even without they are great. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Water park was wonderful for the kids (and adults). Most visitors to Jaz are Germans or German speaking, but staff also speak English well. As Americans, we were an oddity. Highly recommended.

The food at the buffets got a bit repetitive and would have annoyed me if we stayed more than a week. Some of the food in the warmers not particularly warm. I suggest to go for fresh cooked food when possible (omelette station, barbecue at dinner).

what a great time! Jaz Solaya is located at the great lagoon with rich coral reef that I enjoyed so much. Food is really great as well as staff's attitude. Thank you!

Got a spacious room quiet room with comfortable bed. Got a spacious room. Very comfortable bed. I liked the beach and the bay. You can either go straight to the pier and snorkel in the deep water. Or just chill in the shallow water in the bay. Food was enjoyable. Always love when I can have a good omelete for breakfast.

Room was a bit worn out but everything clean and comfortable. I had a room facing the main pool which was loud during the night due to the evening entertainment. Food was ok but not exceptional
