había un equipo de aire acondicionado frente a mi ventana que estaba defectuoso y el motor sonaba mal y toda la noche. Tuve que dormir con tapones. entiendo que es un problema puntual y seguramente ya lo deben haber solucionado.

La localisation de cet hôtel est convenable assez proche du centre à pied (15min). La superficie de la chambre spacieuse (18m2) avec une petite terrasse avec un siège pour prend un bain se soleil. La propreté de la chambre, de la terrasse, de la salle de bain était également parfaite. Une petite bouteille d’eau également offerte à l’arrivée en chambre.

La literie n’était pas digne d’un hotel 4 étoiles. Le matelas était complètement défoncé d’où ma déception.. Ceci était probablement dû au fait que la chambre n’avait pas encore été rénovée.. Le parking de l’hôtel est difficile d’accès avec un accès en pente étroite et très raide.

Lo que más nos agradó fue la cama, era enorme. El que tuviera piscina interior con sauna etc.

No nos gustó el trato que tuvo una de las camareras empleadas, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba muy bien, el acceso a la habitación era un laberinto. Que cerrasen la terraza exterior por la noche no me pareció correcto ya que hay gente que si fuma y no pueden fumar en las habitaciones.

Hotel normal que carece de algumas pequenas obras, principalmente na casa-da-banho.

Habitacions gran i tranquila. Piscina molt espaiosa i amb bones vistes. L'esmorzar correcte i el personal molt amable.

El parking g és una mica complicat ja que es justa la ra.pa per 1 cotxe gran.

I cancelled and rebooked a few days before as the price had been reduced, and then when we checked the day we checked in, the price was lower again. We felt ripped off. On checking other better hotels in better areas their prices had reduced too. We should have checked closer to the dates of our stay to get the best deal. The location is poor, it’s far from the centre. The parking in the building is scary if you have a big car, there isn’t a lot of room for error. Bays are allocated but some other residents don’t respect it and then it creates an issue as all the bays are taken so it can be frustrating. The room is dated and tired. The fridge didn’t work, never got cold, we told reception a couple of times but nothing was resolved. Travelling with a kid and not being able to store cold snacks/yoghurts for emergencies was annoying. Parking is very expensive in the hotel. The pool and jacuzzi area on the roof does not look like the photos. It’s dated and dirty. The inside jacuzzi had green water, the sauna didn’t work, the outside jacuzzis had their lids on and on inspection the water inside wasn’t clean. It was full of limescale/calcium and didn’t look like it had been used or cleaned for a long time. We wished we had stayed elsewhere

Room was clean and big. Location-wise, it's great - a 10 min walk to the national bus station and old town, and around 15-20 min walk to the main shopping street. Facilities were great, including indoor pool and sauna (although jacuzzi did not seem to work on the day we tried to use it). Great selection of food for breakfast.

Comfortable rooms, good location and mostly friendly staff.

The wifi barely worked the whole time and the quality of the coffee at breakfast was horrible.

The staff was very helpful, the rooms were cleaned every day, dinner menu changed and there was good food selection.

The spa zone needs reparations, but anyway my kids enjoyed it. I hope to return to the hotel next year and find the spa zone as it should be. Everything else was just great.

Food quality, bathroom. Their help during checkout, as it was hard to get out of parking, we got stuck and they helped us to get out.

Hotel is old, quality of bad and pillows was terrible. Noone spoke English there, but at least they could understand us. Location was indeed bit far away as others mentioned in review. Parking has very narrow entrance so if you have a big car like us then you are in a trouble. No ability to make a tea in the room was also a shock for us.

And the door would not open from the outside. They sent us a maintenance man who spent an hour changing the lock on the door of our room. We thought that the card was not going, but at reception they knew that it was the door. To have changed it before, or to have given us another room… AND at night they turn off the heating! We have been cold! Bad management conclusion. Thank you.
