L’hôtel est magnifique. La suite était immense. Le cadre est très luxueux et le personnel est d’une gentillesse et d’une politesse comme rarement vu. L’hôtel est également très bien situé, à proximité d’enseignes. J’y retournerai très certainement.

L’accueil tout sourire, avec le soucis d’être a l’écoute !! Contact bien avant l’arrivée pour parfaire notre séjour, l’établissement spacieux chambre impeccable comme sur la photo, propre et bien équipée, petit dej incroyable, piscine 28° , et le cadre inoubliable ( sur mer) difficile de trouver un point négatif, le prix un sacrifice sans doute, mais justifié pour la qualité. Merci a l’équipe.

J’aurai apprécié un peu de végétation sur la terrasse pour la rendre encore plus agréable.

Lovely location that is just in the center, but rather quiet due to the way it is positioned. There's more than enough parking space available, the staff was lovely.

Breakfast felt a bit underwhelming in terms of healthy food selection, the staff was not trained well. A simple question like "which brand of coffee do you have" should be answered promptly, no need for the manager.

This Hotel is 100% Recommended, excellent location, Absolutely Impeccable Staff, the facilities are beautiful and its restaurants are 5 Stars. What stands out the most is undoubtedly its staff, all of whom are super attentive and willing to help at all times. Special thanks to Ahmed.

Bellissima struttura nel centro di Malta curata nei minimi particolari… ottima la colazione …..

Abbiamo soggiornato per quattro notti in una suite 2002 ci siamo trovati addebitati due snack mai presi….. abbiamo spiegato alla reception che noi non mangiamo dolci e pertanto c’è stato un errore, Ma non ne hanno voluto sapere nulla…. Non sono i cinque euro che fanno la differenza ma il modo di fare mi ha dato terribilmente fastidio, li avrei comunque lasciati di mancia ……

It’s a first class resort. 10 out of 10. Service and facilities are excellent. I’d recommend getting access to the executive lounge if possible. Special thanks to Jeffrey for looking after me. I’ll be back soon!

Great location and facilities and good value for money at this price point. Hotel is in a good location and close to Slieme and Valletta. Really special are the staff. We were made to feel very welcome. The folk we engaged with friendly, helpful and above all seemed happy. A credit to the Westin brand. We will certainly leave Malta with fond memories and more than happy to recommend the hotel. Yes, would certainly consider the hotel for future visits. Shout outs to Fabio, Adrian, Oltionii and all the staff who looked after us on our stay.

The location on the coast was perfect. I always have continental breakfast which was absolutely excellent. My husband was disappointed that the cooked breakfast’s were usually quite cold

Ontbijt in buffetvorm met alle mogelijkheden. Het personeel super vriendelijk en steeds bereid om te helpen. Het hotel naar zee zijde gekeerd is rustig (april : tweede zwembad nog niet in gebruik - hoofdzwembad lekker verwarmd). Eens buiten het hotel kom je in een levendig stadsgedeelte. Veel resto's, bars en winkels. Paasvakantie wel niet zo rustig maar dat weten we. Voornamelijk Britse gezinnen met jonge kinderen. Maar toch meer een gedisciplineerd publiek.

Kleine noot : "zeezicht" bij kamerbeschrijving beter splitsen in zeezicht vanuit de kamer (=frontaal), of zeezicht vanop het balkon (= lateraal).

The hotel was excellent. Staff couldn't have done more to help. Lovely options for breakfast. We will be returning.

Air conditioning was not working and we were told it wouldn't be during our stay so the room became stuffy especially during the night.

Die Anlage verfügt über einen schönen geheizten Aussenpool sowie ein exzellentes Fitness-Center. Das Kinderprogramm (z.B. gemeinsames Zubereiten von Kuchen mit dem Konditor) ist sehr gut gemacht.

Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht sehr schön. Im Umfeld sind viele Baustellen und die Anfahrt ist sehr mühsam (viel Verkehr auf überlasteten Straßen).

La habitación muy amplia y cómoda. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, fuera del área comercial y de bares, pero a cinco minutos, lo que le da tranquilidad. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y las vistas fantásticas.

A veces la atención en la cafetería es un poco lenta y también, que el agua de la piscina interior estaba un poco fría. En invierno, podría tener una temperatura más de Spa.

No podemos poner más de 10, pero nos han consentido tanto.... Nuestra estancia en el resort ha sido tan maravillosa como insuperable. Empiezo por el personal y no tengo palabras.... Ellos son increíbles y ellos hacen a este hotel grande. Os mandamos a todos un gran abrazo y os agradecemos inmensamente por cuidarnos tanto y por hacerlo con tanta educación, amabilidad y muchas sonrisas. Las instalaciones son preciosas y hemos estado en la más maravillosa habitación (no pienso decir el número, pero da muy buena suerte), con unas vistas de escándalo. Todo limpísimo, todo muy cuidado. La organización de todo el complejo es milimétrica. Pequeños detalles como los QR de las tumbonas, la organización del desayuno (gracias, gracias, gracias por esos desayunos, especialmente al jefe de sala, un sol), las botellas de agua de cortesía, el animado Lobby Bar, el gimnasio, la piscina de dentro y la de fuera climatizada (¡te puedes bañar fuera en marzo!), para qué seguir... Y todo "kids friendly". No te sientes una mala persona por llevarte a los enanos contigo. La ubicación está fenomenal. A un Bolt de distancia de todo ::P . Aparte, si un día te quieres escapar por la zona, estás a 9 minutos andando del mundanal ruido. Yo me quedaría en el hotel para todo, salvo para las excursiones a otros sitios, obviamente. La verdad es que, más que un post, esto merece comentarlo en una animada conversación. Pero para eso tenéis que ir y conocerlo. Nosotros teníamos una especial celebración familiar y el Westin Dragonara la ha hecho inolvidable. Estábamos entre dos hoteles y no paramos de felicitarnos por habernos decantado por este. ¡Volveremos sí o sí!

They only had central heating system on so couldn’t use air conditioner. Even though they think it’s still winter, our room gets a sun all day and it gets really really hot. They offered a fan but it’s not the same. I tried to pack my bag before check out, I nearly passed out as I’m going through a menopause in that heat(even I turned off the heating system) To use or not use of Aircon should be my choice and hope they provide it.
