Everything was amazing, I was even given an upgraded room by an incredibly nice receptionist. It was very clean and spacey, the location is great (inside the mall if you need something, close to the metro) and breakfast was great, too. It was all in all amazing, would book again immediately.

Very helpful staff and location

We are two old folks and getting out of the bath is difficult for us. Modern trend is to have a walk-in shower with an inbuilt folding chair where one can sit. Also an extra support to help getting out of the bath would be helpful.

Breakfast, location, price. Great for families

Shower head was cracked. Maintenance team wasn't notified even though we complained everyday. Credits to the hotel for owing up to this mistake and refunded a day's worth of parking (200kr) to make up for it.

The location inside a shopping center is absolutely confusing. The hotel is awfully hard to find at daytime and at night time a total nightmare because the given address is wrong because you cannot enter the building there. And it is quite a big building with multiple entrances. Without a good staff I would be even more frustrated for the lousy signs how to enter the hotel.

God location in Solna right next to the subway and metro stations, and a short ride to centrum. Located inside a shopping mall, so easy access to all kind of conveniences that you need. Also liked that you can actually open the window at the room a little bit, which is rare in hotels. The staff was also very helpful and friendly.

I didn't think that the breakfast was great. It was ok, but nothing more and very basic. Also the bathroom was very small.

location 20 min walk from Friends Arena . The patio is perfect for a long remote working day in the sun. The staff was very kind and flexible with late checkout. 3 min walk to metro station 5 stops to T centralen

The bathroom was really small and had to contort to sit on the toilet. The breakfast room was super packed since the hotel was fully booked for big star concert. The bacon was terrible.

Breakfast is OK, could eat even when came late. Kettle and tea/coffee available in the room. Fast checkout. Friendly staff.

The room itself was very old, much older than on the photo. Room was not cleaned properly, glass table near the bed was broken, glass pieces were on the floor and were not cleaned away also on next day, after the note was left and info passed to receptionist. Hotel entrance is through the shopping mall, that is closed in night hours, which makes it impossible to enter the hotel then, because google maps and taxi drivers apps do not show the way how to get to back entrance. And we were not the only ones walking around, searching it. No air conditioning, had to use the window. Empty mini bar. Poor towels and pillows, too thin and used.

service was excellent and the room was fantastic. we also got the room earlier than the check-in time.

Location excellent with access to public transport, mall for shopping, bank nearby if needed. Breakfast very good with good choices even for vegan and vegetarian. Staff at reception efficient and professional. Service with smile and clear answers to queries. and the best part was fantastic view from the room. Easy to book cab through the hotel. Overall very happy with the experience.

There is nothing as such not liking but it would have been better to have shower cubicle specially as we try to save water and go green.

The location is the most optimal point of this hotel. The breakfast is very delicious and the room is clean. There is also sauna, which is good.

There is no free parking lot and often in the women's sauna room there is no water pail.
