Enda minuset skulle möjligen vara den aningen höga kostnaden på parkeringen(därav förflyttning via tåg och tunnelbana). Detta sagt handlar det om garageplats i centrala Stockholm, så på sätt och vis förståeligt.

Noise from renovations. Pillows to soft Buffett Breakfast set up had an inadequate single toaster that was often jammed or ineffective and controlled by “Barking Staff” In our entire stay we never once sited anyone managing the concierge desk as a means to ask for dining recommendations etc so not a service that was evident to us.

Nära till gamla stan, tåg/buss stationen och att det var väldigt tyst o lugnt o välisolerat på hotellet. Trevlig o tillmötesgående personal. Mycket att välja på i frukostbuffen.

Hade önskat en bättre sänglampa, pga för svagt ljus.

I cannot say enough about the staff. They were so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Our flight arrived well before our room was to be ready, but the staff held our luggage in a secure room for us, which allowed for my friend and I to set off exploring the city worry-free. They also allowed us to borrow what was needed for our temporary charging needs, as our converters were buried in our suitcases. It was wonderful to have a fully charged battery for all the pictures that we took that day! The beds were amazing!! So comfortable!! And, there was so much to choose from at breakfast with a friendly, attentive staff there too! A final positive I can give the Sheraton Stockholm is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! If you want to see as many of the districts in Stockholm as you can easily, stay at this hotel!!

The only thing I wish is that our room would have been cooler. That's it.

The only thing this hotel has going for it were a few stand out staff, at reception, and in the lobby restaurant. Aside from those individuals, everything about this hotel is extremely poor - choose any other of the hotels in the area - most of the 4 star ones (such as Sandic just down the road) were a much higher standard.

Where to start. This hotel is not only very very old and outdated, but it is a construction zone. And will be for at least the next 2-3 years. On one side you have a new 8 story hotel going up - it shares a wall with the Sheraton. Be prepared to hear drilling that sounds like it's coming through your bedroom wall if you're anywhere on the right side of the hotel. On top of that the Sheraton is doing their own renovation - so be prepared that you'll have hammering, drilling and banging coming either up through your floor or down through the ceiling. There's nowhere to escape it, and it's unbearable - ie you can't actually be in your room during the day. We booked a suite originally - don't. The living area is a dark pokey hole with no windows - you wouldn't want to spend time in here and it gives the whole room an unpleasant, dark and old feeling. We did get moved by a kind lady at reception due to the unbearable construction noise to the opposite side of a hotel and into a larger suite (with a kitchenette and larger living area) which was bright and pleasant, although the AC in the bedroom didn't work, and with the afternoon sun coming through it was extremely hot. Breakfast is beyond horrible. For some inexplicable reason on our 2nd day through 5th they closed off half the restaurant. The result was tables next to each other stacked like sardines, lines like being at a bus station and generally a horrible experience all around.

Good location to shopping streets, surround with many restaurants, and walking distance to Central station, and just right the Hop-on Hop-off stop is right in front of the hotel, this is great.

Room has no view, abit stuffy, but sizable for short stay. Cleaning is not really good when talking about Sheraton, I don't think it meet the Standard. Reception staff is quite Blunt, not say Hi, Hello, Good morning anything to greet the clients, this is bad experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by both the staff and the location. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were knowledgeable about the area and offered great recommendations for dining and sightseeing. The hotel's location couldn't be better, offering easy access to local attractions, shopping, and public transportation. This made exploring the surroundings a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere and a prime location.

The hotel itself feels quite old and is in dire need of renovation or at least a refresh to bring it up to standard. My room, in particular, had an awful smell emanating from the bathroom, which significantly impacted my overall experience. While the potential of the hotel could be seen in its architecture and charm, the current state of the facilities detracts from what could otherwise be an enjoyable stay.

hay servicio de habitaciones 24h, pero a partir de las 22h se limita a 4 platos y poco más. 275 SEK por el desayuno es exagerado. Las habitaciones más asequibles son pequeñas, no son dignas de un hotel de 5 estrellas.

Stort fint rum med fantastisk utsikt. Jättesköna sängar. Bra med litet kylskåp på rummet. Centralt läge nära stationen. Vänlig hjälpsam personal. Mysigt med badrock och tofflor på rummet. Prisvärt!

Hade förväntat mig lite bättre städning på ett så fint hotell. Saknades hårfön men det fixade personalen snabbt.

Everything. the hotel is in a very nice spot. you have a view of the lake and the town hall (if I'm not mistaken) which was illuminated when we were there. The gamla Stan is 5 minute away on foot.

check in is at 3 in the afternoon. when you have a morning flight it is difficult to wait so many hours to enter the room. Fortunately, you can leave your bags there before checking in
