Great breakfast, helpful staff, good restaurants recommendations, nice bars especially the rooftop cocktail bar. Great location.
One day housekeeping forgot our room - we pointed out to reception at about 5 - but still after dinner it still hadn’t been done. The did get onto eventually but a bit disappointing from a 5 star hotel.

Das Frühstück war phenomenal. Sehr große Auswahl am Buffet und on top noch eine Bestellauswahl mit “Eggs Royal” als absolutem Highlight. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Stadt und ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung.
Die Kaffeekapseln auf dem Zimmer hätten wieder aufgefüllt werden können.

location, rooms very cozy, I spent a very good time there!
the conditioner worked very poorly, you could even say it didn't work and there was a problem with the sink because the water did not go away, but it was fixed.

Superb breakfast which was fully supported by excellent staff. This was also true of our evening dinner in Bonnie’s.
The ambiance in the hotel overall was very relaxing.
As the weather was very warm I would have thought replacing the bottle of water with a new one in the room would be a welcome addition and possibly not too costly based on room prices.

Location was excellent and the staff too. The restaurant and food was also really good. We also liked the hotel decor and building in general.
Very poor lighting in the bathroom and bed not particularly comfortable.

Front office staff was very friendly and helpful.
My location was great, room a bit small.
No Porter or anyone to help with bags. I'm 80 yr old and would have been nice for someone to offer.
Also no stair railing on the entrance steps, scary.

The staff went above and beyond for us! They were so friendly and helpful! It was also extremely clean as well. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could! I highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family!! We can’t wait to go back and stay there again!!

I write very few comments but this one is really worth a compliment.
Everything is just perfect with the a low-key luxury design in both public space and room decoration.
The staffs provide a meticulous and high quality service in every aspect.
I definitely recommend Bank Hotel for a stay in the center of Stockholm. It can make you fall in love with a city because of a hotel.

Great location and top facilities with a very friendly but still professional reception desk.
No window hotel rooms are a no - no. This time however it was compensated as the room was of good size and comfortable.

The property is well maintained, and the staffs were extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was good with the main dishes made to order, they had various healthy juices too. The location was great. Enjoyed my stay there!

Första kvällen fick vi sängen avbäddad och en shot vilket kändes lyxigt. Andra och tredje kvällen var det inget sånt vilket kändes snopet. Duschprodukterna kändes olyxiga.

The light from the air-control control unit was very bright (at night). Also, I think you should provide “free” water consistently and generously (even if you have to charge for it indirectly).
