Instructions to find the apartment and get the keys were provided well in advance and were very clear. The apartment was well-located and comfortable - nice to be provided with a few things in the kitchen to tide us over, and great to have the use of a washing machine during our stay. Rooms were very spacious and beds comfortable.

The router and the Philips Hue hub were unplugged on arrival, which meant that the Wi-Fi and smart lighting didn't work - eventually figured this out and fixed it, but was annoying to have to do so. The two main bedrooms are joined by a sliding door which lets a lot of noise through; I couldn't listen to a podcast without disturbing my friend in the other room. Would have been nice to have more than one set of keys between us.

Tea and tasty filter coffee was organized and it was very clean.our group enjoyed staying there.close to station. Self check in and check out was easy.many kitchen materials to prepare meal etc. Contact person was also helpful with all.

Washing mashine could be good.. Walls are thin we didnt party very late and not loudspeaking but neighbours complained once..
