location is the best thing here

the room did not have any source of ventilation other than to open the windows there is no coffee machine the door was very heavy to open breakfast was very poor internet was poor no coffee or tea or sugar at the room no coffee maker I had to ask for one no enough places at the toilet to hang my clothes

Good location. Room was big enough. Good bed. Tv in the room.

The fridge was too cold and that we noticed next day. All food was frozen. Next day there was no electricity in oven and fridge. They we fixed but the worker had turned the fridge t o zero and next day I noticed that food was in room temperature. The kitchen tab was very tight and difficult to use. Breakfast wasn't exactly hotel breakfast.

The staff was very kind and ready to answer any question Breakfast was worth the price, and as a lactose intolerant person, I was very happy to notice they provided lactose free milk and products The room was very comfy, big and clean Great water pressure in the shower

The fitness room in the basement consisted of 3 cardio machines (treadmill, stationary and elliptical bike) and I could only find a grand total of 6kg in weights. Very low cealing and no windows doesn't make it very pleasant to exercise in. Still it's there

Spacious room with everything you need. Nice terace access at the top of the hotel.

There is no full-time reception, so you have to use the back door sometimes to enter the hotel.

well located, 6 stops from Stockolm central station

The bed was a little uncomfortable, they could do with a new mattress. there was a dog on the next apartment and sometimes nights were noisy

It was not far from Friends arena.

There was nothing to complain.

Good location, near the hotel are two metro stations. 5 stops (15min) and you are arrived at the center of Stockholm. The neighbourhood was quiet and not far from Friends arena. For longer stay- a good option a kitchen in a room.

In toilet it smelled like sewage. Maybe a technical issue. Breakfast had a very poor food variety. No omelette or pancakes. Check out until 11.

Very helpful staff! Helped with everything we needed. Confortable beds. Calm location at night, Subway at walkable distance and supermarket very close. The WiFi worked well.

The mattresses were not very clean, including dirt in the baby cot. Dust under the sofa and the bed. Chairs not clean... Very limited facilities in the kitchen (e.g. no extra spoon to cook); and bathroom not well equipped (for instance there was no space to put the tooth brushes, no convenient way to hang clothes, etc.) The sofa-bed was not confortable. We missed a broom to clean after eating.

The location was good with near by supermarket. The bed was really not comfortable..pillows too soft and my room was cold.

Bathroom had buzzing noise all night , I could not figure out what caused it. Had to accept it and sleep with it in background.
