Mooie ruime kamer, uitgebreid ontbijt. Onze hond mocht mee naar de ontbijtzaal, we kregen een tafel toegewezen die wat verder van de rest af zat. Perfect!

Het hotel zit aan een drukke straat, dat is even wennen met slapen. En de broodjes bij het ontbijt waren taai.

Clean room

I book a room in this holiday only because I though spa was included. I was very disappointed when they asked me to pay extra to access to the spa. This should be much more clear when someone book a room. Almost all hotels say very clearly ‘room without spa’ when you book a room, at Elite Palace Hotel no. They are just expecting to receive an extra payment to use a service that should be included. With the same money I could book a much more central hotel. Also room very poor of lighting and bathroom in the room with some spots damaged and mouldy.

Enorm uitgebreid en prima ontbijtbuffet. Mooie ruime kamer met thee-koffie faciliteiten. Bedden erg zacht. Badkamer netjes maar niet praktisch; bad staat los waardoor alles snel nat wordt rondom. Ideale ligging op loopafstand (5 min.) van metrostation. Tevens op loopafstand de stadsbibliotheek! Prachtig om te zien!

kleine afvalbakjes op de tafels bij het ontbijt, zodat je klein afval daar meteen in kunt deponeren en het niet op je bord moet achterlaten, zou erg handig zijn. Bedden erg zacht. Bad vast zetten en rondom kitten zodat het water er niet overal langs loopt

Utmärkt förutom att det var lite svalt i rummet till natten. Bad om en extra filt men det fanns inte . Jag skulle få ett annat täcke men jag märkte ingen skillnad

Store rom

Hadde bestilt dobbeltrom og allerede oppgradert én gang. Da vi ankom hotellet var det ikke dobbeltseng på rommet og vi måtte oppgradere igjen til ekstra kostnad for å få dobbeltseng. Utrolig dårlig håndtert av personalet som ikke kunne gi en god forklaring på hvorfor dobbeltseng kostet ekstra. Vi fikk ikke kompensert noe og måtte betale ekstra for nytt rom med dobbeltseng. Elendig service og dårlig håndtering fra personalet, særdeles dårlig start på oppholdet når man har gledet seg til tur. Personalet skulle kontakte oss i løpet av oppholdet og gi en tilbakemelding på håndteringen, men vi hørte aldri noe. Kjedelig å være nødt til å betale ekstra for dobbeltseng på dobbeltrom! Altfor dyr parkering i parkeringsgarasjen. Frokosten var helt ok, men dårlig utvalg av pålegg og varm mat. Vi kommer nok ikke tilbake hit og jeg vil ikke anbefale det til noen andre heller.

No air conditioning in the rooms made it very uncomfortable to sleep during hot summer night. The comfort of the room is dependent on weather. Spa was not included in stay but would have cost extra and was very expensive. Long walk from city center.

I really had a great stay, the staff in the night who checked me in was really very courteous, he was also able to give me key recommendations around Stockholm and ensured that my stay is pleasant and comfortable as a single woman traveller. It was my first time in the hotel and in the city. I really like the person who checked me in as her was exceptionally courteous and really willing to help. Also the room was really spacious and ventilated, this is really good.

The lady who checked me out should be more courteous, there was not so much rush and I asked for some items like water bottle etc which was not given. Also the breakfast should be improved a lot :)

The staff was so friendly. Love the lobby and the bar. breakfast time was my favourite. I’ll come back to this hotel just for the breakfast, it was that good.

Very comfortable bed in the room. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The breakfast is very good. Arlanda airport bus stop is very close to the hotel.

just had a long walk from elevator to the room but nothing to complaint about!

the gym was well equipped. hotel was clean and functional. nice to get adjoining rooms with our kids. they looked after our suitcases for the day which was welcomed and staff were friendly and polite and spoke good English.

we paid for superior rooms - not sure in what way they were superior but when I asked at the end of the stay we were told that they were exactly the same as the standard in size and facilities. the rooms were rather small and dark. the tv didn’t work for the first night at all even after going down 4 times to try and sort it. the phone to reception wasn’t answered. when the Tv was fixed it only had a few channels- not sure if this was the cable tv as advertised. facilities in the room were odd such as the kettle had to be plugged in under the desk as that was the only plug the cable fitted into long enough to sit on a surface. the mirror was behind the door rather than at the desk so not ideal for putting makeup on etc.

the gym and sauna was amazing. Breakfast was fantastic.

I was given the option to choose a queen size bed when I booked . Upon arrival I was given a single bed room then had to pay extra to get a double bed as I was told the single bed was considered a double bed .

the staff were so helpful and the breakfast was AMAZING. the room was cozy and comfortable

you could hear everything through the door to the hallway and the light was peaking through the door when you shut off your lights at night.
