O quarto precisava de uns pequenos reparos. E pedimos um quarto mais silencioso, infelizmente ficamos em um quarto em que o corredor que o mesmo ficava localizar fazia muito barulho devido os outros hóspedes.

Os atendentes são surreais , poucas vezes encontrei uma equipe de recepção tão boa em tudo principalmente em como são dispostos a a servir e ajudar o cliente .

O hotel ao chegar a placa do nome do hotel caída, sem estacionamento a recepção indicou estacionar no outro lado da rua pq o hotel tinha apenas 10 vagas para todos os apto. Ao visita o apto banheiro mofado e decoração retrógrada. Enfim, só decepção, ao tentar cancelar a recepção diz que é com reserva, reservas dizem que é com recepção, chamamos a gerente e ela nem se dispõe a falar com o cliente. A recepção disse que ela não estava no momento. Enfim, só decepção, não vão, meu conselho

The view is incredible, is well located. staff are also very welcome and try the best to accommodate the clients needs, special highlight to the service of Francilene and Hezica. both made our check in easier and did the best to facilitate our stay and changes of rooms.
Just the system of only a card to access the room for room even being a group. just because a group sometimes do different program during the stay. therefore will be hard to have only one card, however, the staff were very friendly and made a extra card for us, but it was clear is not their policy. this is all need to improve.

Location is good, swimming pool and free breakfast, reception staff were very helpful. Cleaning staff were also very attentive.
The late check out fee seems a bit excessive. I was told to pay R$80 if I wanted to check out a couple of hours late.

It was unsuitable for our needs. The ac didn't work. There was no hot water to give our baby a Luke warm bath. There were bugs on the night stand.

The bedroom furniture, ac and bathroom were falling apart.
Wobbly bed, shelves falling from the walls, broken ac, etc. What a decadent place!

Great breakfast, very close to the beach. The room was nice.
1) Check in is "at 2pm" but what they really mean is there will be a crowd of people in the lobby and they won't even acknowledge they exist until exactly 2pm. Then they'll begin the very slow check in process for the first people in line. I didn't get a key until 2:45.
2) The place is not as nice as the pictures. The best pictures (the pool with panoramic pool) didn't actually exist. The pool water was green and the pool was closed down. No one told me that before arriving.
