Los recepcionistas muy amables, ambos hablaban español y nos ayudaron a resolver todas la dudas. La ubicación perfecta y el estudio estaba muy bien equipado: cocina con utensilios, tostadora, vajilla, etc. y baños con toallas, gel y champú. La cama y almohada súper cómoda. El agua caliente y la calefacción funcionaban perfectamente. Tenían una máquina de café y té gratis que podías tomarte en un espacio con mesitas estilo cafetería muy acogedor. En fin, una estancia perfecta con una atención de 10 y muchísima comodidad, volvería a repetir sin dudarlo.

Le niveau sonore ... c'est un bâtiment très très mal isolé phonétiquement. Le personnel est "correct" mais ne manifeste aucun intérêt ni empathie pour la clientèle. La configuration du desk est absurde : écrans empêchant tout contact visuel et aucune visibilité sur la porte d'entrée

La chambre est grande avec tout le confort pour un weekend.

The location was superb, right in the heart of brussels. We had christmas market at our door! The room is clean with complete kitchen with utensils, which was a nice touch after traveling for a while and always eating out :) The staff was friendly and nice. It was beautifully located in the walking distance, nice and clean atmosphere. Free coffee and tea in the lobby. I would highly recommend.

There was a confusion about the breakfast entrance - someone put our room down. But it was cleared with the receptionist quiet quickly. Other than that, it was all great! Thank you

Location and cleanliness. Check in was smooth but it took us a minute to find the room.

The hotel’s location is good. Check in was fine except it was a little challenging to find our room at first. Our room was 2203 which is in a different building but it’s a short walk on the same property. We walked past all of the nice rooms that had windows and doors facing the hotel’s nice courtyard but we were put in a building that was still under construction. The elevator’s button panel was hanging with electrical wires hanging out and this part of the hotel was not completed and there was construction floor covering on the floor. Our room faced a loud street with people yelling. This woke us up twice. Once a woman was screaming no so I went to the window to see if she was ok. Nothing serious thankfully. I am not sure if the room was supposed to be cleaned but it wasn’t. The room itself was nice and clean. When we asked the receptionist on the second morning why we were put in this area that was still incomplete and noisy the response was “if you wanted a quiet room you could have asked for one and we can move you now” we didn’t feel like repacking and moving since we had such little time in Brussels. Doesn’t almost everyone who stays in a hotel want a quiet room? We should have asked to move right away. If we return we would be very specific about the building we prefer. At 6am the morning of our last stay we heard cars, doors slamming, etc and couldn’t sleep in.

I would say the only good think about this accommodation is the location but I wouldn't stay here again just for that.

I was very disappointed with the property upon arrival. I trusted booking.com reviews but the apartment was nothing at all like it had been advertised in the photos. It was not refurbished, the floor was sticky with stains on it (my socks were sticking to the floor), the shower handle was sticky, there were stains on the table and the doors. There was only one fan and there were three of us in the apartment. The other bed was in the lounge so that person did not get any ventilation at all.

The property is at a prime location within walking distance from main attractions. You get complementary coffee and breakfast at extra cost. The rooms were clean and well stocked, receptionists were courteous and helpful.

Great view from the sixth floor, very calm on the inner side of the building, comfy bed, cool kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, most needed tools.

Relatively small apartment, so when doors of the bathroom are open they are in the way of the main doors, knife wasn't sharp, but these are minor things, overall it was a really good place to spend a week there.

Very helpful staff. Particularly Ms Lucy Plenty of storage space, though some spaces were not possible to get access to Close proximity to metro Close to the old town but at a safe distance from the noise and crowds

Location was superb, very close to grand place and a minute walk to the metro station. Staff was helpful, friendly and always with a smile on their face - a great way to start your day. Good value for money. The free coffee in the lobby area was a great touch.

Nice apartment in the very center, it was right in front of Christmas market! There is a kitchen and the room is big enough. In the lobby you have a photo booth, where we get free photos, it’s a nice bonus! Coffee is also available for free in the lobby.

Curtains was torn and a little dirty, that was strange, because all other stuff was ok.

While there was a major issue at the beginning, i.e., our reservation did not appear in the local system, it was efficiently solved and we were offere a complimentary breakfast the day after for our trouble. Generally speaking, the staff was great and we had a great time chatting with them. Location is very convenient for visiting the city. Facilities were ok

Rooms could be warmer in terms of decor and cleaning is a hit or miss (one of our rooms found hair in the bathtub) The cover for the mattress make it very warm in the night and can be uncomfortable
