Das Zimmer ist in einem uralten Zustand. Teppichböden die sehr grindig aussehen

Genug Liegen und schattige Plätze, kurze Wege zu den Stränden (teilweise sogar Sand) und zum Medulin-Center. Sehr große Auswahl an den Buffets und wirklich gut. Kluge Anordnung der Klimaanlage, somit kein Anblasen im Bett. Kühlschrank ist vorhanden und kostenloser Safe.

Leider abends keine Hintergrundmusik auf der Terrasse, bzw. in der gesamten Anlage.

Wir waren in diesem Jahr zum zweiten Mal hier und das sagt schon aus, dass es uns sehr gefallen hat! Frühstück, Abendesssen, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit des Personals und des Hotelmanagers, Liegeflächen, freie Liegestühle und Handtücher, und, und, und .... alles top!

Es ist nicht wirklich schlimm, aber schön wäre eine Hintergrundmusik zumindest auf der Terrasse ....

The rooms were clean and comfortable, location to the town was good. Breakfast was excellent.

The description of the beach was miss-leading. It said near a sandy beach, but the small area of sand was a fair 15 minute walk away.

Great friendly service, excellent breakfast and dinner. There was always at least one or two meals which were really so delicious, and a lot more on the menu which were very good as well. Beach is very close as well as a lot of sport acitivities.

Nothing much, really. Sport center where you rent tennis courts etc. is a bit difficult to find, maybe more sings could help.

3 star hotel with 5 star restaurant and staff. We had a lot of fun. Even as vegans, we were able to eat a lot. The staff in the restaurant is great and so is the food.

I booked the room’s online at booking.com and when I got there they charge me a lot more money then the price in the website.

one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve had, a lot of options and variations. And brewed coffee is a huge plus! Easy to access with car.

The pool area closes at 19:00 (7pm). That is a little early and I would have preferred it to be open a little longer.

When I made the booking for three rooms everybody was accounted for but somehow (booking.com's fault?) the reservations was made without two of our 10 year old kids. Nevertheless, I called prior to arriving to confirm every detail (rooms close by, no extra beds, number of guests) and everything was ok, that's until our arrival when we had to pay for two extra beds in our rooms. Reason given: they do not want our kids to sleep on the floor. Come oooon!!! Just wanted to charge extra. Room doors were not working after check-in, had to wait for the staff to fix them. Nothing to drink included at dinner time. Word of advice: email them in advance to have a written confirmation, they are likely to forget phone conversations. And get ready for the amount you have to pay to be blocked in your bank account on the first day, hotel policy I was told.
