The position is very good and the rooms are nice too.

We could hear everything that the other rooms were saying and therefore we could not sleep before they did. When told the receptionist about the problem, only a sorry was given.

I loved having a room looking out over the bassin - was welcomed when I arrived - the restaurant, bar and breakfast were all triff - I liked that there was secure bicycle parking.

The location was fabulous for our needs. We went to a memorial service at the harbour and could see where we needed to be from our window. A couple of minutes walk to the station which we could also see from the window enabled a day trip to brugge. Breakfast was very good and lots of choice. The rooms were very warm. The staff at this hotel are friendly and very helpful and it really was a lovely place to stay

One warning would be that if a large ship is in the harbour you may hear generator noise throughout the night, this is no fault of the hotel but if you are light sleeper it may keep you awake as it did us on our last night. Take some ear plugs !

Tv too small for watching a programme from the bed. 2 cosy armchairs would be preferable to a fairly hard couch.

The different facilities available to customers was fantastic. The hotel is right in the centre of Ostend, next to the train station, which makes it very accessible. The staff were lovely too!

The rooms were a bit stuffy, even with the window open. Luckily we arrived when the weather was getting cooler, but I could see this being an issue for patrons during really hot days. Also, there was no fan in the bathroom.

Really nice breakfast. They have a place to store your bicycle safely should you need it. Super friendly staff. Nice bar for an evening drink. Short walk to the beach.

None of this is the hotel's fault. Most of central Europe's hotels don't have air conditioning because it's rarely really hot. This hotel at least provided quite a powerful fan. But I still needed to open the window and when you do that it's quite noisy outside due to the central location.

Location is perfect near to the railway station and tram stop. Breakfast was very good so the wifi.

This is a decent hotel opposite the railway station. The staff is simply wonderful, very welcoming and attentive. My room was simple and rather small, yet quite comfortable. Nothing to complain about for one night. Very good breakfast (as I had to leave very early, I asked for breakfast at 6 a.m. even though the service starts at 8 a.m. and I was offered a full breakfast :=) A nice bar open till late and a restaurant are just downstairs.

The hotel has been fully renovated and shows modern and very clean room. Breakfast is excellent. Staff always available and smiling. Very pleasant stay, I enjoyed it all. Thank you!
