location!

The hotel is in a great location. Central and close enough to the main ski lift - walkable in ski boots but the buses were frequent. Breakfast was very European but more than sufficient. Although run as a sort of separate entity, the hotel restaurant was really nice - ate there for 2 nights out of our 6. Good ski storage (boot warmers!) and all accessible with lifts etc.

The only challenge we had was wifi. The wifi was really poor and inconsistent when it did work...down in the reception/lounge/dining room it 'worked' - but in the room virtually unusable. There is 4G and 5G cellular service in Mayrhofen so this isn't a showstopper...but if you have to rely on cellular, that adds to the costs. At the price point of this hotel - which is not 'budget' - its not unreasonable to expect modern wifi service and speed.

Big room and bathroom Comfortable bed

Extremely noisy from the street, couldnt close an eye. Barely any wifi in the hotel, none in the room. Breakfast was nice but too little food for too many people. Overall very disappointing for such a high price.

Very friendly stuff and good breakfast. Hotel restaurant had probably the best wiener schnitzel I have ever eaten in my life. Strong recommendation!!

the room was clean and comfort, breakfast was very good and the staff at the breakfast room was amazing , fresh orange and apple drink . the pool area is cool and cozy . sauna is great . the man at the front disk was very helpful.

Good location.

Very outdated room and carpets. Cleaning to be reviewed everywhere (same dirty sock in the hallway for 2 days). Not very hygienic breakfast area (very expired milks out on the buffet, guests coughing and touching serving utensils, etc.) and extremely crowded.

I liked everything that they offer. Rooftop pool is nice with jacuzzi. Breakfast is very good, and bed very comfortable. Nice food in Hotel Restaurant. Overall I recomend this Hotel. I will book now again.

Central location, welcoming staff, great breakfast buffet, and a multi-sauna spa with a pool and whirlpool tub at the rooftop. Excellent place to relax after hiking.

Towels were changed every day despite following the sign to hang them if change is not needed. This is not a complaint, just a reminder that if would be nice if hotels would really follow their sustainability guidelines and we would all save some resources :)

Good hotel, clean, well maintained, excellent food, helpful and friendly staff.

WiFi was free but sometimes a little slow, as ever these days costs are increasing.
