The location was great, not far from the airport and a short walk into the centre. The staff were very friendly and we got an upgrade to a room with a river view which was amazing!

Our toilet stopped working overnight and my wife had to use the toilet in the public area. The light was constantly flickering in the bathroom also. There were scratches and worn furniture throughout the room and bathroom and wardrobe doors not fitted properly. Nothing at all in the fridge, would have expected some water in the room as this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel. The room itself was pretty dated and was in need of a revamp. As we were travelling with our daughter who is just under 2 years old, this meant we were in our room early in the evening, we would have liked some better channels on the tv and maybe even the option of Netflix.

The property is close to the main attractions and is a waterfront property.

Cleanliness is poor. Bathrooms had mold. The housekeeping was sub par.

ไม่มีน้ำดื่มฟรี ให้ในห้องพัก แต่มีตู้ขายที่ชั้นล่าง ชุดแปรงสีฟันต้องขอเอง มีเก็บ security deposit 500 DKK ต่อคืน โดย hold วงเงินบัตรเครดิต *ทางเราจอง 4 คืน check out ตั้งแต่ 12th April *จนบัดนี้ 13 April ก็ยังไม่ปลดวงเงิน ที่ hold ไว้ 2,000 DKK( ประมาณ 20,000บาท)*
