The location is good near the mall road The nearest taxi stand or bus stand is a picture palace bus stand and from these hotels it is walking distance of 500 meters and the staff are very supportive and rooms are big enough and comfortable.

This property actual owner and mediator fabexpress are two different agencies. Highly cheating by fabexpress and the rooms actually offered were very poor quality. We had demanded cancelation of booking , however after negotiations owner exchanged rooms at additional 1000rs cost. It is great cheating to us. Even booking.com is also not reliable one in view of high commission and actual rooms rented.
We don't like cheating fabexpress and high commission by booking.com. I booked 4 locations of trip through booking.com .Now I have to see for other hotels experience.

Worst quality rooms with high prices. Location not on Map and also not reachable. Poor in cleanliness. No view at all. Rooms are like average lodge with used blankets bedsheets and towels

The bathroom were clean with warm water.
They wanted to charge us more for tax while the tax was already included. After a long discussion on phone and WhatsApp, we refused to pay more.
No toiletries were provided.
They asked 300 Rupees for a basic electric heather (check photo) when we said the room is too cold. We had to pay because it was cold.
"The view" of our room was mostly the rooftop of neighbours although you could see mountains a little bit.
