Super supportive staff

Location

The room was cold when we arrived and there was no provision to heat the room. Needed to hire a room heater and even though left running for the whole night, the room could not become warm enough to live or sleep comfortably. The bedsheet and pillow cover has stained and looks like a less hygienic place to stay.

The staff were very cordial. Rooms were spacious and clean. Value for money.

The rooms were neat and clean, big rooms with balcony and view. Food is really awesome and staff is very helpful. The best part is that you get to enjoy everything at such price which is really good. would definitely recommend this hotel to others. And also if you have pet then it’s a pet friendly hotel too. BTW they have a huge working area which adds more value as parking is an issue in Nainital. Overall a great great experience.

Staff was polite

Everything, windows were broken, rain was coming inside, it was unsanitary, unhygienic, bad smelling, there no room service, no heating facility or extra blankets. I ordered an extra pillow and waited 4 hours until one arrived, service was very poor, staff were not interested in helping, they also had a mix up with our rooms and told us that the room that we booked was already booked for someone else, they offered to give us an other room for extra cost and we refused it. I emailed them a week prior, saying that the rooms we booked had to be close by, however that is not what happened on arrival, instead our rooms were on different floors, and then the next day we had to shift rooms. I was not happy with the quality of the service.

Good View Good Food breakfast was really nice delivered in the room.

Access to the hotel is a bit confusing and perhaps they can put a board to indicate that because at late night it's very easy to miss that turn especially if you are going there for the first time

It was a nice stay and all the staff from check in to room services were good.

In washrooms hand shower for toilet were placed on left side.
