Very friendly staff. One of the most comfortable beds ever. Great price.

3. Неможливо вимкнути світло в ванній кімнати (є тільки датчик руху, який вмикає освітлення, яке відключається самостійно через 15 хвилин), що дуже незручно вночі.

5. При зверненні до персоналу - телефон не відповідає, на СМС отримали відповідь через 12 годин.

Great location and parking available in the garage underneath the hotel. Very secure.

big room, very comfortable bed and delicious breakfast. The lady at the reception was very kind and gave us a map and a very useful brochure about the city as well as some indications on how to reach some parts of the city.
I would totally recommend this hotel.

Two lovely big rooms gave our family plenty of space and located directly opposite each other. Location really central and it’s such a nice city

Location, friendly staff, easy check-in. Close to tourist sights. Lots of resturants. Simple breakfast.
Noisy guests. Poor quality finishes to communal areas. Hard to heat room with air con. Radiators barely worked. Cheap body/shower wash. Bathroom light on timer which went out when in the shower.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, giving us a map with instructions on how to get around. It was a spacious room that had a front little room to store your luggage. Luggage storage prior to check in was easy.
As previously mentioned, there are stairs up to the room, however the staff offered to help carry our luggage. The bed is a bit soft, often sinking into it a bit and the shower a little small.

The staff is nice. The breakfast is also good. The hotel is well located in the city center so everything is within walking distance.
The room is close to a street, so it could be a little noise during the night when the cars pass by.

Great position for sightseeing in Ghent. Staff speak English and are very helpful. Breakfast is the typical continental type and plenty of it. Make sure you book the parking but if you don’t get a space there are plenty of car parks very close to the hotel.
Nothing this hotel is what it says it is, a traditional family run 3* hotel.
