the kids club, the food and the surrounding that near to the beach. i love the landscape.

the toilet git problem with the sink, then the tv at my roome cannot be switch on.

The Kids Club Team were fantastic! Our kids really enjoyed their time with them.

We had an issue with our bags being removed from our room to check in another guest as we switched rooms that day. This was done even though when we checked in, we checked and were assured that we could stay in the room until the other one was ready. What was most disappointing is that the hotel management, rather than taking ownership and rectifying the situation, blamed their cleaning staff. Poor leadership and poor form.

the hotel was amazing and the facilities were nice including the pool and beach. the rooms were super comfortable and clean. the staff are kind and welcoming and there is a night market located outside the hotel.

the beach is not full private and the Spa is located somewhere in the hotel rooms. I also couldn't connect the Smart TV to the wifi

It’s a lovely compound. Beautiful trees and plants.

Lovely big room with comfortable beds, beautiful gardens with plenty of sun beds with umbrellas, great breakfast. Great.

My main issue was the place was overrun with screaming kids in the main pool..there is a separate pool for children but they were all in the main pool making it impossible to relax. Staff didn't care.either when there.were clearly adults who wanted quite time

The breakfast! There was a very long queue to get a table we waited around 20min to finally get in the restaurant! A total chaos

Pool staff badly needing training, two incidents with badly handled staff who where inexperienced to deal with guests. Lots of security staff hanging around the lobby and car park, created an uneasy and not 5 star resort feel. Again lack of training security staff bored and getting involved with hotel guests. Check in was very impersonal and zero information given on the hotel literally pay and sign electronic screen not what I would expect for a 5star experience Huge amount of children running around from early morning till 11pm, at the pool, breakfast, lunch restaurant etc. Ideal for families but not for couples or honeymooners or older guests looking for a 5 star retreat.

The best stay ever! I like all the staffs here and they’re friendly, nice, helpful and quick respond to the customer. The best buffet breakfast (all the foods delicious and tasty). The view and all facilities given 10/10 marks, kid’s friendly area, safe and the beautiful views. My family and i really2 enjoy our short vacation here. Tq for the warm facilities and surely i’ll missed this place. Also they keep our room cleaned and change the towels when we’re not around (tq being honesty worker during cleaning the room cause we forget to bring out the purse)
